This place is WAY to expensive, the staff communicates POORLY, and they are NOT friendly! They work with Insurance companies and do what they are told, instead of trying to help their clients repair their cars! I got a written quote from Zack to get my car fixed. He told me if anything changed he would call me. The quote given to me seemed a little high, but it wouldn’t have totaled out my car. Next thing I know, my Shady and dishonest insurance company GEICO, emailed me and told me that they received an estimate of over $3000 HIGHER than I got in writing from Zack, and they were going to total out my car!! Come to find out, Zack went BEHIND MY BACK and changed the estimate and gave it to my insurance company and NEVER called me to inform me of any changes like he promised. My car sat on their lot for weeks untouched!! The plan between them and GEICO was to make me give up my clean car with low mileage, fix it, sell it and make a profit, by raising the price so it would be totaled out! People spend THOUSANDS of dollars on auto insurance, then when you need help, they get Shady companies like Crash Champions to go along with their dirty work and NOT fix people’s cars! I DO NOT recommend this place and give it ZERO stars! Find a trusted FAMILY body shop that will ACTUALLY try to help you!

5 stars all around, Alondra was especially helpful making sure I could get scheduled in as soon as possible, with an extremely friendly demeanor. The estimators there were as well extremely helpful and friendly which can make a stressful satiation like this much easier. Will definitely be using Crash Champions in the future. Don’t ever take your car hear. They don’t have the customers best interest at heart. They will give you cheap estimate to benefit the insurance company, guessing so they can’t get more of their business, but if ll never go back here
