Renters throughout CA are experiencing over-state-cap rental increases. I phoned yesterday to get some generic info about the guidelines they follow for rental increases.

I spoke with two public servants. Both females. As public servants it is their primary obligation & responsibility to secure the rights of the people per their oaths of office and the constitution of the USA and the constitution of CA 1849 (as 1879 was repealed.)

Neither public servant would identify themself. They are functioning ANONYMOUSLY with zero transparency and zero accountability.

By what authority do public servants engage with the public ANONYMOUSLY?

Not only did these public servants fail to secure my rights they have no communication skills, no listening skills, poor comprehension, are uncooperative, speak arrogantly and condescendingly and wield authority they do not possess.

When I asked one of the public servants to speak to a supervisor she hung up on me.

I called back. No one answered.

The first public servant identified herself as “Heidi.” The second (the one who hung up on me) stated a name sounding like “Abba” or “Ava” or “Eva.” I asked her to repeat her name. She refused.

1) The result of this call? The very important questions I have about illegal and unlawful, exceeding-the-state-of-CA rental increases happening throughout San Diego remain unanswered.

2) Two incredibly unskilled, unprofessional, unintelligent, immature female public servants are violating their oaths of office and should be replaced immediately.

3) Being a Guerrilla journalist who sheds light on these faux, federal, corporate, government agencies, divisions, offices, departments and the way they are handling things I will be sharing my experience along with the lawfully recorded phone call on my Rumble channel and other social media platforms. We the People will no longer tolerate abuse of power and position by our public servants.

I just went through this training and it was so helpful I recommended to everybody. My counselor was Rick Felix and he was just great he also pointed out how I can keep my credit score high and also on different ways to safeguard My equity. He also went over budgeting, as well as things that I need to look for during closing and what documents I should have so that I can check to make sure everything is accurate. Again I highly recommend this training for anyone thinking of buying property it's really good.

Eva and George are amazing human beings, my family and I were battling with our HOA for discrimination and they help us find all the resources to defend our rights as a homeowner. Eva listened carefully and understood all our situations. The rest of the team was always available to help us and we really appreciate all their help. THANK YOU THANK YOU, there is not money that can pay what you guys did for us.

I brought my grandparents complaint to them 10/6 and they have done nothing as far as I know. My grandparents were discriminated against on basis of income in Chula Vista and I was told by George that he was bringing it to the lawyers and would update me. That was over a month ago with no updates to this day. I call 2x a week at least and never get George on the phone anymore , he's always gone or unavailable. I sent multiple emails to George requesting an update with no response. I asked for his superior Dr. Jafir or Nafir and he said he would get me an update, that was 11/5/21, still no update. The home my grandparents wanted to rent is now up for sale and they accepted an offer 11/4/21. CSA failed to do their part in helping people access fair housing rights. We had a clear case and they did nothing. No follow through. No follow up. Extremely disappointing. If you can't take a case SAY that don't leave people hanging and give them hope saying g the lawyer is drawing up papers for the case. And if it's true UPDATE us. Absolutely not cool. As a person who works in social services I understand getting busy, drowning in clients and lacking in resources..you can still provide excellent service to people and at the very least be kind and genuine. Lack of compassion and genuine caring is horrifying that this is who people have to rely on for fair housing No wonder we are in the midst of an unstable housing epidemic.

This place is a JOKE I've called several times and each time I got a young girl or a guy who said they could not help me. I even got a middle eastern man on the phone who claimed not to know what a 90 day notice was. I was suppose to have a manager call me back on several occasions and it NEVER HAPPENED.
