The quality of their conferences has deteriorated over the past few years. I have struggled in the past couple of years to bring back anything of substance. The presenters talk down to the participants as if we are dumb old credit union directors. Maybe that’s why they don’t offer course evaluations anymore. I would stay away. CUES and NCUMA are far better.
