Wow! I have hit the jackpot!! This place isn’t just an embroidery place - this is the mother-load! They can do everything - this is a legit factory. I’m so grateful to have found Custom Embroidery & Print. A little backstory…I wanted several robes embroidered for a special group of friends for an important bday weekend and had previously placed an order through Etsy - I wanted the backs and fronts embroidered. Two days before they were to be delivered - we were still going back and forth re sizing, I asked for a refund and canceled my order. I knew this would really put me in a pinch but I was so frustrated.
I was determined to still move forward with this project. I had two dilemmas - finding matching robes and then finding somewhere to embroider. I was scrambling!! I ended up ordering several sets of robes through Amazon (overnight), and now the hard part…finding someone that can embroider them asap. I started with Google. Found a few places nearby and called each of them. Not one of them answered the phone except Custom Embroidery & Print. A gentleman answered, his name was Mike. I told him my story and what I needed and he explained to me they are a factory that work on mass orders, but he said he likes to help the community and if I can get the robes in time - he will make it happen for me. I could not believe it. He was so nice and accommodating. I learned so much through this process. This isn’t a patch or appliqué. They are actually stitching everything with massive machines. He allowed me to drop off the robes and even pick them up after hours. Everyone on his team that I directly communicated with via txt was also very professional and helpful. They don’t just plaster what you want on the product either - they create templates and it’s a very thorough process. They tell you if you should change something bc it will look better and I so appreciate that. For ex, if a certain font won’t come out as expected or if you should create two lines over one to keep the sizing consistent. They truly made everything in that dept so easy. I just kept telling them ‘I trust your judgement’…..and boy did they deliver!! The robes looked fantastic.
Needless to say the robes were a hit and we enjoyed them the entire weekend. I joked with Mike and said the embroidery will outlast the Amazon robes 1000%. He agreed. This was beyond a rush order and the work is still perfection! They can really do it all. I’m so excited I found them and will be using them for ANY and ALL projects going forward. Oh the best part, when I picked up the robes, they had made me a gift…soo cool!
I know I’ve said this numerous times, but Mike and team - you guys are truly amazing! You really came through for me at the last hour. Best level of service and work-product ever! This has been my favorite vendor I have worked with in a long time. Unfortunately you don’t find people like this anymore. To say they went ‘above and beyond’ is an understatement. Thank you infinite!
