Buying a vehicle isn’t always the best experience, and it’s uncommon to find a salesperson that makes the process feel effortless. Miguel was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, I did not feel pressured at all. He made the car buying process stress-free and enjoyable. My parents purchased a car back in September of 2024. The car has been great however the transaction and the treatment we have received since then has been horrible.
Christian Ayala in financing sold my parents on a warranty, my parents agree but later decided to cancel it. Christian explained it would not be an issue to cancel, my mom would have to call him for assistance but it could be done.
It took multiple calls, messages and even in person visits before this was done. Christian was clearly ignoring my mom and the request she was making. On one occasion he stated he canceled the warranty, my mom trusted him and took his word, come to find out he never canceled the warranty.
Since then it has been a mess and somehow no one at the dealership can help my mom. She has shown up multiples times requested help and no manager can assist her or answer her questions. After a visit this afternoon she was disrespected and sent away yet again by a manager that also goes by the name of Chris.
I warn people to be careful when dealing with anyone at this dealership.

I recently bought a used FJ Cruiser from DCH Toyota of Oxnard and had the pleasure of working with Gabriel, the sales associate. He was excellent throughout the entire process. Even though it took me three weeks to finalize my decision, Gabriel’s patience and consistent follow-ups were greatly appreciated. When I first inquired about the FJ, I wasn’t fully prepared for the challenges of financing a high-mileage vehicle. I had assumed that with good credit, I would qualify for a low rate and long-term loan, but I quickly learned that older cars don’t always offer the same financing terms. After doing some research, I secured a loan on my own with a reasonable rate and favorable terms. Fortunately, the FJ was still available. When I was ready to make the purchase, Gabriel made the process seamless, and Christian from financing helped finalize everything smoothly. Would I buy from DCH Toyota of Oxnard again? Absolutely! If you're in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend them—just be sure to do your research and come prepared.

I purchased a 2021 sienna with Jose Hernandez. He was super easy to work with and made the whole transaction run smoothly. I was nervous to test drive the vehicle and he made me feel comfortable and not intimidated. He worked numbers with me over the phone when I didn’t have time to do it in person. Angel in finance was also great. Buying a car as a woman can be intimidating and this team made it a great experience.
