My experience with the conference staff, and the camp board members was terrible. The way they treat staff with careless disregard for safety is inexcusable. Board members gossip and make fun of their staff (thank you Pastor Melissa). We have all worked for bad managers before, but what makes this organization worse is that they do it in the name of God. You should be embarrassed.
