This company came recommended to us. We used them to repaint our fireplace and several trim pieces. They charge premium prices, which I was okay with because I wanted it done right. At first the worked seemed great, but all of the caulking they applied started cracking and falling out a month after they painted. After a few months I was finally able to get Michael to come back out and look at it. Michael admitted that it should not have done that and agreed to re do it for us.
They re applied the caulking using a better quality product. Michael then told me to wait a couple weeks to make sure it held up and they would touch up the paint. It has now been OVER A YEAR since they first came and I cannot get them to come out and finish the work. Michael keeps telling me they will come when they have a break between clients. So essentially they are continuing to work on new clients instead of finish up the job they started for us. So I have large sections of trim with white caulk that is a different color than the trim.
If you decide to use this company please know that if there are any issues Michael will continue to put you off and work on new clients instead of resolving them. It’s been over a year so I am giving up and will have to hire another painter to finish their work.
