Downtown Works is the best co-working space in north county! The team is very helpful, kind, and resourceful. My small non-profit has grown in the last couple of years, and we have been able to get bigger spaces within the offices with ease. The space is very welcoming and warm. The internet is fast at lightning. My company gets a lot of in person visitors, and they are always welcomed and supported. The kitchen, tap, and beautiful patio are also a big plus. Lastly, they are dog friendly and Tank approved.

Downtown Works Carlsbad is a top-notch coworking location. At first glance, you can see how much thought and intention went into the design and aesthetics of the space - it's functional AND beautiful and is a great place to work and spend most of your day.

The conference rooms are fully equipped and are easy to navigate (technologically speaking). It is so clear and obvious they are following all COVID social distancing and sanitizing protocols. This space is a 10/10!

My experience at Downtown Works has been over the top amazing. Nice open layout with a wide variety of spaces to work and phone booths for calls. They are even dog-friendly with a grassy area that I can take him out to play on. Niki and Dana have been very welcoming and the atmosphere has been nothing but good vibes. It’s been a great fit!

If I didn't have Downtown Works I'd still just be working at home or from coffee shops—this place is worth it! The staff are genuinely lovely and it keeps a nice, friendly vibe with coworkers, but you're also welcome to just do your thing. I have the 24-hour access and it makes my life easier knowing I can pop in whenever I want. The space is comfortable and classy, including a nice patio outside, there's snacks, coffee, and beer on tap, plus showers and ample parking.

Having a monthly membership at Downtown works has been so nice to pair with working from home! I have the 10 day a month package which may not sound like a lot but it's actually the perfect amount of days to have available. The Carlsbad location is super nice and open. Lots of windows and outdoor space that make your workday much more enjoyable. It's also reasonably priced compared to the other co-working spaces that I looked into around the area. Highly Recommend!

We love Downtown Works. The Carlsbad staff are always so friendly/helpful and the amenities are top notch. We love the modern feel to everything and the snacks and events they put on are great. The outside area is so nice and comfy also. It is just such a nice work environment to be a part of.

I like how open and clean the space is, inside and out. Great outdoor work stations with WiFi and power. Coffee machine can make just about anything you want and with coconut milk (this feature sold me). Staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm SOLD! My absolute favorite office space. I've been looking for years, for the right space within my budget and finally I've found it.

The staff at Downtown Works are so amazing! They are my family now! Nikki and Dana are very kind and always handle issues/concerns abruptly and with care. The two of them keep a positive and inviting attitude. It makes coming to the office less stressful. I recently had a work meeting in one of our executive rooms and Nikki treated my guest as if they were the members and paying a monthly rental fee! 😉 I love it! As a Business and Accounting Firm, professionalism, kindness and integrity are so important to me. So, it's heaven to have the staff here align with my company core values.

On top of all of the above, the ambiance of the office is so perfect! I absolutely love the quiet, clean and open space. I mean the free drinks and snacks to members work as well! 😉 I highly recommend Downtown Works!
