Both my kids started violin lessons with Dr.Elizabeth two years ago. They enjoyed the stay with Dr.Elizabeth to explore music with her passion of teaching and energetic engagement. Before joining with Dr.Elizabeth, my daughter experienced two violin teachers. She said she can understand well under Dr.Elizabeth’s instruction and detailed explanation. My son also enjoyed work together with Dr.Elizabeth with fun and detailed violin foundational skills. Our family felt very lucky to have her be our kids violin teacher. We are appreciate her teaching style and diverse learning experience to influence our kids with respect, engagement and understanding.

Elizabeth is a great teacher! My son had been taking the violin for about six years and was ready for a teacher who could help him audition for more serious orchestras and a pre-college conservatory program. Elizabeth has really helped him hone his skills with rigor and a lot of positive encouragement. We were both looking for a little more intensity without sacrificing the joy and love he has for music and for his instrument, and Elizabeth has given us that. We are so grateful!

We were invited to our friend's daughter's recital a few years ago. She started her violin lesson with Ms. Elizabeth and from then on, we always knew Ms. Elizabeth is a fantastic teacher based on her students' performances and our friend's high approval. So when it was time to find a new teacher for my son, we went straight to her studio. It's been a year and a half, my son is astonished at his improvements. Each new piece chosen was well thought out to introduce new skills and to enhance his musical style. Yes Elizabeth embraces each child's musicality. She knows when and how to cultivate their potential. Her teaching is fun and challenging, and in return engages my often absent-minded child. We are very grateful for her patience and talent.

Both my daughter and son are learning violin with Ms. Elizabeth for a few years. They have been enjoying each violin lesson. As a parent , we can feel the passion from the teacher. We also noted Ms. Elizabeth can always find a way to help kids resolve the problems and improve their techniques. The teaching is not only fun but also resulting good results. Both of the kids won prizes multiple times and was able to perform in Carnegie hall. Teacher always listen to kids’ interest and parent’s thought. She can help us make a plan based on our goal and always help us be able to achieve our goal. I have recommend our teacher to multiple friends and all of us felt we are lucky to have such a nice violin teacher.

Elizabeth is a terrific teacher and her studio shows it! She focuses equally on building a strong technical foundation as well as musicality. Her lessons are fun and very informative. She is also a great pianist and accompanied her students in lessons. My daughter has improved so much studying with her and we are very happy to have found her.
