Fantastic. Mule Days is going on this May 21-26, 2024. All sorts of vendors with mules as the main theme. Food vendors and mule events going on like a rodeo. Bands and entertainment.

I think Sat is the best day. Kids entry is free. The rodeo (my favorite) is free. If you get there a bit early like 3 your unlimited ride pass will be well worth it as there are no lines for the kiddos. After 5 lines start to add up. There are size limits on kids so we got a single point pass bracelet for when an adult needed to go with a kid. Bags are checked at entry for safety. Hands stamped so you can go in and out. We usually park on home street and walk no problem.

Many years, generations, events and people have experienced this place. We have been going to Mule Days here, during Memorial weekend, for over 20 years. Some things change, but not all. It has a great down home safe atmosphere that puts all the world's turmoil at bay for a moment. The staff here works hard at keeping things nice for the visitors as well as the local artists that entertain to the crowd on a personal level. Well worth your time to find out what's going on here and making the effort to support going back to our roots of quality family time.

Awesome little fair. Great vendors, great office staff. An all around good time, in spite of the drama surrounding the DAA board.

The Choo Choo swap meet is one reason. Every year on the first Saturday of May, a huge seller's party. For 40 dollars one can rent a space to sell items at the fairgrounds for others to treasure and make a few hundred dollars.
Set up is the day of. Opens at 0830, and it takes 3 dollars to get in.
Most of the times we find something we could not part with.
All kinds and of antiques, furniture, yard art, collectibles galore.
Plan to come early, the line is long but the wait is worth it. The saying goes the early bird catches the worm applies.

It is a great small town fair. Nice grassy area and weather is usually warm, but lots of places to find shade.
