Rooms and service vary depending on the owner and who's renting the unit out. Is it being rented by the owner or by Edgewater? I've had the best experiences dealing directly with the owners. The property, location, and amenities are great.

I come here once a year for a convention, and the experience is always excellent. The convention center is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful. All the facilities, including the restrooms, are clean and well-maintained. The access between buildings and parking is convenient and well-designed. Highly recommend this venue!

Really love the golf villas side. No elevators, park right in front of your place with all the amenities and beach access.

We had a wonderful stay. Our condo was nice although it needed a little updating. We were close to the pool and not too far from the beach and were able to enjoy as much of Panama City Beach as we could in between the dance competition schedule. I would love to revisit and stay at the resort again.

I was there for a Luncheon, which was part of a conference being held nearby.
I paid $50 for the Luncheon and an additional fee (almost $7 for three hours) for parking in a non-star spot. Star spots or valet parking cost more.

The room and facilities were beautiful and clean. The restrooms also clean and nice.

The food was served buffet style and was very good but not exceptional. Assuming they intended one chicken breast per person, they were quite small. Thankfully, there were some good sides, salad, and a variety of desserts from which to choose.

The sound system they had was adequate for the size crowd and room.

The servers kept our drinks filled (iced tea, water and coffee).

Overall, it was a nice Luncheon, though I thought it over-priced. I was surprised we had to pay extra for parking after paying so much for the meal. I was tempted to give them 3 or 3 1/2 stars because of that, but

We had an event there and the staff is amazing. Ms. Mary was AWESOME, sweet and very professional. Pamela was GREAT with all of our questions and accommodations. Vicki was very attentive to our setup needs and just a phone call when needed. Chris and his crew was A+++ during our event and the breakdown after the event was amazing. The gentleman handling the parking for our guests was great and really nice (sorry I forgot his name). Ms. Mary and Chris was available the entire night which help made our event a huge success. Hats off to everyone. We will definitely be using the rooms and services again.

I went there for the Green exhibit it was amazing and such a great charity everything from the fashion show to the vendors. These ladies know how to throw a great advent. See you next year.
