This is the worst place for truck drivers to get loaded. I checked in at 1:13 p.m., and now it’s 4:30 p.m. and I’m still not loaded. I called once and they told me, “You’re next.” An hour later I called again to ask why I still hadn’t been called, and this time they said there were five drivers ahead of me. Very unprofessional and misleading. They waste drivers’ time and don’t respect appointments. Really bad experience.

Staff is good loading on time but the restroom for driver is very dirty . Its 2nd time, When i was came first time i did complate regarding this. But i think they had no effect.

I’m on flat bad! Check in 3:00 pm now 5 and I still don’t get any idea do they going to load me to day or not still sitting in line! They don’t even know where my load.

Great place to get loaded come on your appointment time .sometime they will load you early I usually call them from the Truckstop .and get loaded in a hour park on the street to check in the loaders quick to work will load you fast .the only time you probably gotta wait if your trailer isn’t here from Mexico .

Came friday to get loaded. They said they couldnt because they needed an email to confirm from their “dispatch” now im back monday after i got paid for layover and came it at 9 am and there has been NO MOVEMENT at all. Ive tried calling back and no one answers the phone. Everyone working here is clueless. The employees here milk that hourly pay while we get paid only when the wheels move. How are they even in business

Check in is a pain in the a...ive had to wait over 8 hrs once with an appointment. Pick up here many times never had them keep an appointment time
