I had an extremely frustrating experience with the El Dorado County Office of Education Extended Day Parent Portal and their phone support. The website is not user-friendly at all, and the charges are incredibly confusing. This program, which is supposed to assist working parents with childcare, was anything but helpful.

Not only is the website difficult to navigate, but the phone support was also unhelpful and dismissive. It is evident that taxpayer money is being wasted on staff who are not equipped to provide proper assistance. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they put the blame on parents, making the entire experience even more frustrating.
