What a great experience!!! The new management hit it out of the park. I really can’t recommend El Dorado Hills Party Rentals enough. I rented China, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, and cutlery. Everything was easy from the beginning to the end. Brandi was super helpful in guiding me on how much of each item I needed and helping me choose the right items for my party. When I went to pick up my items, the guys were also really helpful. They loaded everything for me and gave me advice on how to return items. I love that I didn’t have to wash anything. Just empty the liquid and load the items back in their container. When I dropped off, it was pouring rain. The gentleman receiving my returns told me to stay in the car and he unloaded everything. I didn’t even get wet. Their rentals are top-notch and their service is outstanding. Don’t be put off by old ratings that may reflect the previous management. Check out the new ratings. These guys are really great! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I’d like to thank Carie Ann and Louie for the amazing customer service they provided to me when I was helping plan my daughters wedding. Not only are they professional, they are very personable and treated me with such kindness and patience. Through this experience, I discovered I’m no “wedding planner” (go figure.. lol) and so I had a million questions. I had planned on leaving a message the first time I called as it was after hours. So I was pleasantly surprised when a real live person (Louie) actually answered 🙂 Even though it was after hours, he still patiently (and thoroughly) answered any and all questions I had. As did Carie Ann. She’s such a sweetheart💗and puts a personal feel into the whole experience. The entire process, from start to finish, was pleasant and problem free and all the items available for rent are affordable and of good quality. This is the ONLY place to go for anything you may need for a party / event! The items, and customer service provided by Carie Ann and Louie, owners of of El Dorado Hills Party Rentals can’t be beat!! Thanks to both of you for helping to create the best wedding ever! I will be forever grateful for your AWESOMENESS!!

I have been renting with them for several years.. never top notch customer care but this time it was worst. The lady at front desk had my 7yr old and me wait for the longest time without acknowledging/greetings. It’s understandable that there was a customer ahead of me but she continued to chit chat with other customer with out any concern for other customer waiting. After she was “done” with other customer, her service response was rude and unfriendly to say the least. It wasn’t clear to me that if she was ready to attend us so we literally had to follow her back to her office to see if she was done or not.. Whenever I pick up rentals I usually park on back side of their store for easier pick up, I had to move my SUV but the manner she asked me to move my SUV, even my 7yr old commented how rude she was! She was absolutely condescending and rude to say the least.

This front desk lady definitely needs some 101 customer service classes and some mannerism..

Of course my last time renting with them. I’m DONE with this store!

Brandy, the new owner is so wonderful to work with. Besides the excellent customer service, she has great décor advice and quality products to rent. We have used their services to rent items for our Cameron Park Corvette Christmas Parties and plan to use them again. If you are planning a wedding or special event, I highly recommend giving Brandy a call and checking out their website.

The worst customer service. I sent an email with the request and instead of responding to the email to let me know what their minimum purchase was, that the linens didn't come in the color selected for that size, or that there was questions about what I was asking I was just sent an invoice. The invoice was so wrong (missing tables, wrong color linens, added items), I emailed the corrections on then to finally be told the info that should have been relayed before an invoice was ever created. Through multiple confusions due to back and forth email responses the lady just called me and was rude to me about the disconnect. (All would have been solved with an email originally instead of the invoice) anyways we got it sorted, on day of pickup she calls to ask if we're still picking up, I tell her "yes, the invoice says we can pick up till 4:30" she says "oh, I see that, no we close at 3p" so we rush over to pick up. Everything we received was great and clean. Then we go to return again per the invoice they're open 8a-5p, we arrive at 8am and they don't open till 9. Again the lady has attitude about it. She is not running this business very well, the rentals were for a bridal shower but I can't imagine being a bride and having to deal with this drama. Find someplace else, not worth the hassle

The new owner was super rude. Also wanted to charge me $150 for the delivery! Lol we are less than 2 miles from them. She lost my business. Elite party rentals was in sacramento but charged me $60 for delivery and better prices too..

I wasn't too unsatisfied, but once my event was over and my credit card was fully charged they have totally ignored my request for a credit due to the fact that they sent the wrong table clothes. We had to not use a few tables and use round table clothes on rectangular tables. Over all I would have given them a better review, but now they are ignoring me. My family just opened up a new venue in the area so they loose bigger than my bad review, they will not be used in the future or allowed on our list of options for events. Shame on you El Dorado Hills Party Rentals! Maybe you should at least return emails!

This is being nice giving it one star but I wouldn’t even give it that, but I had to select a star. Whatever you do, do not do business with El Dorado Party Rentals!
This owner of this company is so incredibly rude I couldn’t believe it. I just booked party rentals with Aba Daba Rents and they are very nice and very accommodating. Another great place I talked to but a little further away was United Party Rentals.
