Julie is the BEST. She’s been cleaning my teeth for the past 3 years, and she’s awesome. The whole staff is kind and friendly. Love this place!!! The dental membership is great too, for folks without benefits through work. I’ve recommended this place to multiple friends, and will continue to do so. LOVE LOVE LOVE EGFD!

I took a day off of work for an appointment that I had held for months. It took days to make the appointment and find a dentist that can do retreatments with my insurance. I drove an hour to get necessary dental work due to an infection in a crown just to be turned away at the door. They said they just changed their policies and don't do retreatments anymore. They did not inform us of this. They cost us hundreds of dollars in gas and lost wages. I called multiple times before my appointment and nobody answered the phone.

Edit: my review is not a mistake. I was turned away at the reception desk because your receptionist did not call us to tell us that you no longer provide the services that I desperately needed. It cost me hundreds in gas and lost wages.

Had never been a fan of dentists until I started with Dr. Rollofson and her staff. They listened and treated my dental (and mental regarding dentists!) issues with the utmost care and kindness. 15+ years and I have no qualms about my twice a year visits. Thanks much to Elk Grove Family Dentistry!

Staff are very attentive and stay on top of any problems that may arise.
Hygienists try to be as delicate as they can in handling your cleanings! Contrary to some of the other reviews, I think that Abby is the BEST hygienist they have!!!

I’m very happy to have found Elk Grove Family Dentistry. I’ve seen both Dr’s Fouladi and Rollofson, and several of the hygienist as well, and all have been great. The administrative staff as well. Just really happy with EGFD- highly recommend!
