Amazing experience! They weren't pushy with add ons and made the car buying experience seamless. One of the few dealerships that doesn't charge a deposit to reserve a vehicle and are very genuine. Feedback on Elk Grove Toyota Maintenance Department

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with the Elk Grove Toyota maintenance department. I brought my car in for a recall, and when I planned to pick it up, I called to request a Lyft ride. They provided me with a link, which I used to book the ride through my account.

However, when I arrived at the dealership, they did not reimburse me for the Lyft fare. Additionally, I found their supervisor, Dave, to be unhelpful and not very communicative with customers. I believe he could benefit from training on how to interact with customers more effectively.

Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this Toyota dealership in Elk Grove, particularly when dealing with Dave.

I drove out of my way to get my car serviced here, because the Google map reviews were so high. I was not disappointed! I scheduled an early morning service, and although they have a very high volume, they were able to turn it over in a reasonable amount of time.

Special call out to Kane, who was informative, attentive, and responded to all of my questions in person and via text message during the service appointment.

Although I didn’t wait around for the entire time, I did note that the customer waiting area included booth if you needed to work on your laptop.

Today I was in Elk Grove Toyota for my car maintenance, my Service Consultant was Ms. Christina Vang , she was very professional and she help to understand my car problems, I want to thank you Christina Vang for her service and support and also I want to thank Toyota Elk Grove center, I think they are working better now.

We had our new Toyota Sienna towed into Elk Grove Toyota after I made a big mistake and shorted out the ECU by trying to jump another car. My ignorance. We were from our of the are visiting family in Sacramento. John N. In the service department did a great job taking care of us. The part was not showing up anywhere in the United States. We were worrying it would take months to get the part. But he was able to get us one in a couple weeks and really took good care of us. The whole experience at this dealership was so much better than we have experienced at other dealerships we dealt with. All the employees were very helpful and kind and respectful. Really made a difference having good service and made our troubles easier to deal with.

The overall buying experience went really well. I spotted this car the day before purchase. Tareena made a prompt appointment to come in with a flexible arrival time after I called in inquiring on business hours for the holiday. Justin took care of the specifics of what the car entailed, payment options based on down payment, terms etc and he was helpful in answering our questions. We were able to each test drive it and see if it met expectations. At the final checkout Debbie helped us. She was very friendly & made the experience comfortable. We didn't feel pressured into any add ons. Everything was explained in regards to paperwork , what the existing warranty benefits cover and extended warranty options. Overall this was the best buying experience we've had compared to other big name dealers. Smooth, efficient, & biggest plus was no pressure to buy extra add ons. Very family friendly dealership.
