Honestly the worst dealer that we ever had to deal with. We change our cars every 3-4 years and always buy brand new. It's been almost a year since we purchased a car from them and we still can not get our refund from the cancelled extended warranty that they lied to us about and we cancelled the next day after purchase. We went there already 7 times thought this year, talked to multiple managers, they keep giving us different business cards to call, talked to financial department, and still nothing is done. Not professional at all and very poor customer service.

Everyone was extremely helpful, understanding and flexible. The manager was involved in the entire process and was willing to work with us in multiple different situations. The sales staff was personable, informative, attentive, and really made the entire experience exciting and stress free. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

What an absolute waste of money. Didn't reset my service reminder, didnt do ANY diagnostic on my engine. I had an epc light come on after my check engine light flashed at me. The first service advisor I talked to told me it could be a gas issue and to try putting in a gas enhancer in. Same issue a week later. I brought it in and I had a missfire in a single silinder. They didn't check my air intake, they didn't check my coil packs, they swapped two spark plugs and told me it's probably my coil packs. My coil packs are 6 months old, my spark plugs are 3... They recommended replacement of ALL coil packs and spark plugs to the tune of a couple thousand dollars.

If that wasn't enough, I have had an issue with the sun roof drain line leaking into the cabin. They said they had ran water through and cleaned the drain line. Now that the ran has started my feet are sitting in an inch of water. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I would rather go to the DMV than go back here and be treated like a walking wallet. ZERO STARS.

Customer Sevice has really declined especially the in the service department. Rude on the phone and don't treat customers who pay a lot of money for their services like customers. Minh has awful customer service skills

We had been looking at VW atlas for a few weeks and after going to a few other dealers, we landed with Elk Grove VW and I’m so happy we did. Our salesman was Diego and we have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with him and the entire staff. We live 2.5 hrs from Elk Grove and Diego took pictures as I requested and communicated with all my requests and questions days before we made the trip. It didn’t really feel like that typical car buying experience. It felt so relaxed and they were more than accommodating when it came to negotiating pricing/the trade in of our vehicle. We enjoyed every minute and as we drove home in our new Atlas, my husband and I both said how flawless and non stress the whole experience was! We will definitely recommend Diego and Elk Grove VW to everyone we know!

Excellent customer service! No pressure to buy and was offered a great deal on a 2019 Wolfsburg Edition Passat. Nathan Taylor was a superior sales consultant! When you meet him, you'll be pleasantly surprised. So much knowledge and has a strong, confident handshake. We're very happy with our purchase.

I have never experienced customer service so arrogant, and lackluster in my life. I honestly left not knowing whether or not they were actually that unknowledgable and lazy or if that they were purposefully lying to me in order to get out of pre approved factory warranty work for some reason. Either way one thing was for certain...they were not there to help me. This experience makes me really question if i want to continue being loyal to a brand that could subject their customers with such blatant- dumb arrogance and disregard.
