This place is nothing special… it’s appears to be a drunk club that has boat problems…run by a bunch of old stiffs, just want your money to support their during establishment!!!! Please don’t waste your time or money!!!

Nice yacht club. TV, full bar, hot showers, etc. Friendly and welcoming.
Limited number of guest slips, and not open every day. Still a very nice place to stay if you are in the area.

We had a blast kayaking! The sea otters are so cute and sometimes swim up close to you! I’m so glad we squeezed this in on our vacation! Everyone that works there was so accommodating!

EYC is such a wonderful club. The events are are always a good time. The facility
and yard are beautifully maintained. However, the friendly laid back vibe of its members it’s what truly sets it apart from other clubs.

The Elkhorn yacht club is like a well worn and comfortable pair of slippers. It's not fancy, it's comfortable. It's not pretentious, it's folksy. It is a great place to watch the sun set over the masts of moored boats and listen to the calls of the birds and song of the tide.Windblown sailors can get a hot shower and a meal. The staff work to provide social activities both water based and clubhouse based. If you want to dial the intensity of your life down, if you want to actually get to know the personalities of the membership, this is the place to be. Be aware that the bar is the hub of activity and gossip, but if you refer to read or play an instrument, there is room for it. If you have a boat that needs docking, check out the EYC.

My husband and I are members. We also sail. The club welcomes those who have an interest in boating or participating in other activities. I encourage anyone who likes to spend time in a relaxing and beautiful setting to come check the club out.
