As someone who travels constantly for work, I stay in many different hotels and I greatly value the service and condition of the hotels I stay in. That being said, this Embassy Suites is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I have spent 5 weeks in this hotel so far this year. The rooms are clean and kept in good condition, the location has been very convenient for what I have been in the area for, and the staff has been AMAZING. Patrick, Charlie, Zach and Jen at the front desk have always been extremely friendly and helpful, no matter the time of day. Jess, Keith, Serci, and Sofia behind the bar have been a pleasure to see in the evenings. Their service has been top notch and they have all been a wonderful help in relaxing after a long day's work. This has become the only hotel I will stay at in the Sacramento area.

This is one of my favorite hotels! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a relaxing stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ensuring a great experience.

Breakfast is another highlight not only is the food delicious, but the staff, including the chefs, go above and beyond to make it special. Their warmth and attention to detail truly stand out.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a fantastic breakfast experience

The front desk was quick to check us in. The Manager Neville was helping us, very nice and helped get us a room that was ready when we arrived. The restaurant food was good and the service was quick. We never had our room cleaned while there, even though we were gone a long time each day (3 days). We did get new towels from a housekeeper. It's not a big deal. They were very busy and we're not messy. Breakfast was very good. There Alot of choices. Omelets, biscuits, cereal bacon, scrambled eggs, French toast, juices, yogurt toast. All included with the room charge. We enjoyed the free managers' reception, which offered free drinks beer, wine, and a daily special drink along w chips, veggies, and dip. It is a good choice to stay in for the As games, too, since the stadium is just across the bridge.

The entire staff is so polite and helpful. The kitchen makes it possible to stay at the hotel for all meals rather than having to drive around and look for somewhere to get a meal. Breakfast is by far our favorite due to the plentiful selection. Parking is by valet only and it is very convenient. They will bring your vehicle around as soon as you make the call down to the valet staff and have it ready for you.

This is a very beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities. The staff and service was excellent. Their complementary breakfast with my the made to order omelette section and ample variety on the buffet left us with no desire to look for breakfast somewhere else during our stay. The two bedroom suites are very comfortable and well designed.

Excellent location just outside of old Sac. Rooms were typical Embassy Suites, which is quite good (but there weren't enough easily accessible outlets). Breakfast was well made, evening reception nice as usual. But the people there are what make the place--everyone was friendly, helpful and polite.

I am very satisfied with our stay. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. From Tobias who helped us and greeted us with a smile. To Jenn who checked us in and was able to put the ice cream cake in their fridge. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were taken care of. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. When we would ready for the cake I called down and it was at my room in less than 5 minutes.

Couple of things out of their hands. The pool area is extremely loud. The room echoes so noise is twice as loud.

The doors to the room are heavy so when people go in and out of their room you can hear the loud bang of the door.

We would definitely stay here again.

Really nice, modern and CLEAN rooms. Beds are comfortable, shower has hot water, air conditioning works great (I actually had to turn it off it was getting too cold).
Great breakfast and happy hour.

My room was facing the river so be aware the train passes directly outside. It wasn't too loud but noticeable.
The TVs in the room get a little choppy but other than that everything was great.
I would stay here again!!
