This large juried show of work by Emeryville artists astounds me annually with the reach of the art--large, small, various media, political, apolitical--and with the proportion of entries that stop and make you look and think. The exhibit was my first introduction to Emeryville back around 1990, and the yearly excitement has dimmed since then.

I was extremely impressed at the creativity, the use of countless different mediums, the though, the time, the energy of all of the artists involved. Amazing!! Except for one political piece that had no place in the exhibit and unfortunately detracted from all of the other artist's hard work and creativity; I would highly recommend this exhibit to everyone. Well done.
