This was, hands down, the easiest and fastest car sales process I've ever experienced. And I love my car! Enterprise Car Sales simply wants to match you with a car in your budget and plays no games. I visited a traditional dealership the same day, merely to LOOK at a specific vehicle, and that arduous endeavor took longer than just buying a whole car at Enterprise. We worked with two salespeople during our Enterprise sale and they were both fantastic. I can't see myself buying another used vehicle from any outfit other than Enterprise. I tell everyone I meet about our experience - I know we're not alone in thinking a car sale should be easy. It's a shame the other dealerships haven't figured this out.

After renting a vehicle with Enterprise, I realized that I desperately needed to upgrade from my 1986 Toyota Camry. I looked through the inventory online for a few days and finally pulled the trigger to make an appointment to buy. Within minutes, Pedro was calling me to set up a consultation. When I got there, Pedro and I went over the kind of features/body I was looking for in a vehicle and was able to match me with some pretty stunning cars. He helped me narrow down my search to two different cars, and encouraged me to take them on a test drive. I did not feel pressured at all throughout the process, I felt privileged to be so well thought of and given so many opportunities to exercise my own autonomy in the decision. When I made the decision on the car I wanted to buy, Pedro was insanely patient with me. He was transparent about the whole process and made sure I knew what the documents said in plain language before I signed them. Pedro is extremely dedicated to his job and really takes pride in his work. He stayed extremely late – after hours – to help me get proper financing and complete the process. Craig was a secure and welcome presence, overseeing the process, and pulling the strings behind the scenes; he solidified everything. It was very late by the time the purchasing process was finished, and I was adamant that I didn’t mind not taking the car home that night, since it would be a lot for them to drive it back to my house for me…but they were insistent that they wanted me to start my journey with my new car ASAP. So, at 21:00, Pedro and Adrian teamed up to drive my new car from Elk Grove to Galt. So considerate and kind; they gave up their personal obligations for me. Before we all took off, Pedro set me up for a photoshoot with my new car; big red bow and everything! There wasn’t a step of the process that any of them glazed over because it was late, or because we were all tired, or anything else – they gave me all the attention they would to anyone else. In fact, a few days later, Craig personally called me to get an update on how my new situation was working out. I was happy to report that I am adamantly in love with my new vehicle and all the opportunities I have now because of it. Thank you so much, Pedro, Adrian, and Craig! You not only helped me take a big step in my adult life, but also helped me grow in my personal life with how I came about my decisions. You all rock. I cannot recommend Enterprise Car Sales enough!

The most important thing when buying a car is peace of mind, trusting that you are getting a good deal and are working with professional people that will get you the best financing.
This place does all that and more. Had a good feeling about this car and told my husband he needed to at least talk to them, he has a good job but not good credit and most car dealerships try to swindle you, this place was straight forward and worked to get our business and make sure he got the best deal. We walked out knowing that we got the best all around deal possible and they have a buyback guarantee. This place is absolutely the best place to buy a car.
