Ford Envision was awesome! We had been searching for a new car for me all day and I honestly thought it wasn’t going to happen because every other dealership we went to was not useful at all! We were in the area and at first I had no intentions of buying a Ford but the salesman and everyone were so amazing, the car I bought was a 2024 Ford Envision and they actually gave us a better model than the base model I had originally wanted and paid for! Their top priority was my satisfaction and they were overall incredible.

I actually had a surprisingly pain free experience buying a car here! I dread car buying, but our sales person, Daniel, was really helpful and easy to work with. I never felt the uncomfortable pressure you get so often at dealerships and he was quick to answer questions and work with us in our budget. Armando in finance was great and easy to work with. I actually was deciding between a car here and the same car at another Ford dealership, and it was these 2 who swayed my decision to buy here even though the other dealership had my preferred car color. All in all I would shop here again!

Envision Ford Of Oxnard SUCKS!!!!! I brought my car in for a transmission problem. When I get my car back, I find out later that vision Ford Of Oxnard didn’t put in the proper bolts and they put in the wrong size bolts. Because of the improper repair, the motor mount broke in the car. When I came back later to complain about the problem, they totally denied doing anything wrong. I would not recommend vision Ford Of Oxnard for anything!!!!! After paying for the repair on the transmission that they screwed up on, I get my car back and the plate that covers the engine in the front was also missing bolts and dragging. They fix one thing and they screw up another! BEWARE!!!!!

Great experience leasing my Mach E from Albert. He took great care of me. Manager Chris put together a great offer deal for me very quickly with no games. Finance was quick and easy too. Everyone was just straight forward and honest. Very happy with the way I was taken care of all around. Love the car and the deal they gave me. They even let me borrow a bow to surprise my daughter!

I just bought a truck here. Best experience I've had at a dealership in a long time. Miguel was super helpful and made our purchasing experience quick and easy. No BS sales tactics like at other dealerships. The sales manager and finance manager were also super easy to deal with and made the process very quick.
