I lived on Claremont Ave for around 17 months and loved it. I needed maintenance twice, and I got a same day response with someone out to fix the issue both times. Everyone I worked with or talked to with this company was very friendly and helpful. When I come back in a few years, I will definitely be renting with them again.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY AT ALL. Awful company with poor communication. Due to a personal tragedy with a previous rental company, they unfortunately were in a position that they had to temporarily minimize their workload. They are fully back up and running now and I wish I could go back to them for the remainder of my stay here in Enterprise while I complete flight school. Enterprise Rentals LLC, going forward I will refer to them as EPM. EMPs response to maintenance requests is at a snails pace. When EPM does finally respond to maintenance requests the work performed is shoddy at best. Because EPM doesn’t use reputable businesses the technicians show up at random and are completely ill prepared for the job they’re supposed to complete. I once had at-least 4 visits to replace a simple bathroom mirror, once finally complete the finished product looked terrible. The person that repaired the patio replaced many of the boards with what appears to be untreated, unpainted wood that will likely deteriorate quickly. Based off of my previous communication with EPM, if they do respond to this review it will be full of excuses and half-truths. EPM expected me to enter into lease terms that made no sense and all of their documents were littered with inaccuracies, errors to include spelling and grammar and leaves out information that is to the benefit of the tenant. If it’s something that benefits the tenant they go with the “trust me bro” response but will have all of the legalese to try and hold the tenant responsible for everything possible. To top it off everyone that I spoke to with the company is rude and sometimes hateful. I would not recommend renting from or allowing EPM to manage your property. I wish I could give 0 stars for my review because 1 is way more than EPM deserves.

I have been leasing from Enterprise Rentals for 6 months now and I am very pleased with their service. They are very quick in response to repairs when needed. They have been professional to work with. I would highly recommend this company!
