It was an honor to host my Very first baby shower at The Estate Farm LLC … I loved everything about the atmosphere the scenery and view was very beautiful and peaceful . The Host Doc was very Supportive and his Hospitality was very welcoming I would 1000 % recommend you have your next event at the farm!!

Make sure you spell out any and every verbal agreements on the contract. There were a couple of missed expectations that shoudlve been ironed out. Also check the house for amenities you might need for your stay. We didn't have a toaster, coffee maker, we had 3 mugs and limited silverware. some of the electrical outlets didn't work, some of the light switches didn't work. Make sure they have room in their septic tank before your event. They have dogs that have free reign on the property. We loved the dogs but it's something to think about. The ice coolers had mold and water from the party before. We cleaned up a lot of trash from previous parties.

The default contract is very vague. Just have all expectations spelled out in your contract.

And just some personal advice: pay for a wedding planner or at least have another person in charge of running the wedding. It really matters and it saves you and your guests from any awkward moments.

Estate Farms is truly a magical space. The land itself offers a sense of peace, serenity, freedom, and wonder. The atmosphere is made even more rich by the deep care and intention the owner and his team put into creating a safe space for all who step foot on the grounds. I’ve attended 5 events at Estate Farms and each has been carefully curated with thoughtful consideration, love and creativity. The multigenerational staff/volunteers are a reflection of both the importance of connection and community, and the integral roles we have in the sustainability of our people, individually and collectively. The energy is always pure, and the vibrations are always high. My experiences at Estate Farms have been filled with joy, laughter, enlightenment, deep connection, and the illumination of spirit.

Estate Farms is affirmatively establishing itself as a staple for Black Sacramento and will surely be a historical landmark.
