What an incredible yoga studio! Evolve Yoga & Movement offers so many diverse classes to choose from (yoga, hip hop, sculpt, and the list goes on) and all the teachers have such a welcoming and caring approach. I recently took class with Anna Spalding (the owner) who creates the most warm, inclusive and authentic environment for any level of ability. If you are in the San Diego area this studio is a must try!!!

evoLve yoga is awesome , Anna Spalding , one of the owners and yoga instructors is amazing! The level of enthusiasm and energy she brings to each and every class pushes you to work harder and get to the next level. Evolve Yoga is an amazing experience with some of the most wonderful teachers. You will leave there feeling refreshed and ready for anything. The owners are giving Encinitas a huge gift. I love this yoga studio!! I've been practicing yoga for over 15 years and I'm very picky when it comes to finding good instructors with good energy. Now that I've found this studio I'm staying! I've been to many of the chain yoga studios In town and nothing compares.
I love Anna Spaldings Sunday evoX class with the live DJ!!!
And Patti Cooks yoga class on Tuesdays is a great workout! Every teacher I've taken is unque and skilled.

This is a great studio and the variety of classes offer something for everyone. The instructors are very knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and positive people that are a pleasure to be around. Whether it's the intense cardio workout from the sculpt classes, or the peaceful, healing harmony of the various yoga instructions, I feel I've gained a lot going to Evolve.

I absolutely love this place. I went couple of times during a short trip. The owners Anna and Chris are super welcoming and Anna did an amazing job at teaching. Sculpt class was absolute killer and the morning yoga with live DJ made my day. EVO - great concept. You can't change evolution, because evolution is change ;-).

The best yoga studio! This place immediately became my second home after moving to Encinitas. The classes are challenging and the teachers know so much about what they teach. There is a wide variety of classes to try, including vinyasa for different levels, yin, and “boot camp.” They even do Boga (beer-yoga) at Culture Brewery! I always leave ready to conquer the day!

Stopped in for an EVO Sculpt class with Anna while on a short business trip. I've taken a lot of sculpt classes, and Anna was by far the best instructor, class, and overall workout I've had. Look forward to getting back there next time in Encinitas.
