My daughter and I got to enjoy the 2024 Yoga Retreat in Costa RIca. Since I am from out of state, this was my first time meeting the Exhale team and instructors - Tiffancy, Macey and Sarah. I loved each of them.

The yoga was beautifully integrated through the 4 days. Separately, we also had a wonderful coach who shared motivation and inspiration that also fit with the yoga theme.

We had great daytime activities. Everything was very well planned and executed. The Exhale team clearly put a lot into planning this mindful experience for all of us.

I can highly recommend!!!

The teachers are knowledgeable, experienced and provide a variety of yoga classes. A very special mention to Niki who teaches Warrior Yin 60 ❣️She is definitely passionate about teaching her classes which are thoughtfully curated, motivating and inspirational.
Thank you for welcoming me!

Didn’t have the best experience. The owner wasn’t overly friendly in an email I sent inquiring about the studio. On my arrival I stood at the front for almost 10 minutes until someone greeted me. The owner handed me a clipboard and told me to fill it out. Asked for the $1 for first class and then told me to go into the room. I didn’t feel the welcoming or the warmth. Had I not been to yoga studios before this would have felt even worse. The strangest part was how cheerful she was to “regular” attendees.
The class was unheated directly after a heated class and it smelled horrible. They were trying to air it out but it was so bad. I would suggest maybe an essential oil spritz or something. The instructor was very nice but the sequencing of the asanas was strange. Was looking for a new home studio since I just moved here but unfortunately this won’t be it.

I will preface my review, with please formulate your own opinion and judge this studio for yourselves. Thankfully we live in America, where people are still entitled to their opinions. Respectfully, take it or leave it.

Morning classes and instructors are great. Very warm and inviting. These classes are slower paced, a bit easier to follow. Yet, still challenging nonetheless.

Evening classes with Macie and Tiffany, not so much. Yoga flows can be very challenging for an inexperienced yogi. You will NOT experience one on one corrections in various postures and/inversions, which puts you at high risk for injuries. Proper body alignment and positioning is very important in any yoga practice, to experience the true benefits. The occasional verbal cues for various levels adjustments for certain postures/inversions are great if you know what you’re doing. Especially in these types of classes, If not personally corrected, with hands on attention, shifting of body alignment, arm positioning, etc, injuries can most certainly occur. So be mindful when signing up for the evening classes.

Tiffany is very talented with her flows and unique choreography. She is also very flexible and has developed a solid yoga practice for herself. As a result, more focus is on her and trying to keep up with her practice than your own. Can be tricky and hard to follow.

Side note, in terms of studio cleanliness, seldom observed mopping up of sweat puddles between classes. No sanitation sprays applied to floors. They often just air dry the floors. Disappointing, especially coming off the coat tails of a pandemic. But this may not be a thing for folks. Clearly it is for me.

I recommend this yoga studio, for advanced yogis (specifically evening classes and Saturday mornings), athletes who want a challenge or individuals with a background in gymnastics. Again, please come to your own conclusion. Everyone is unique and different unto themselves. What works for one may not work for another.

From the very first moment I stepped foot in Exhale Yoga, I felt its warmth. I've been faithfully doing HIIT for the past six years, but lately come to realize that I need to integrate yoga into my regimen, not just for improved balance and mobility, but for my overall wellbeing. The instructors are all brilliant at their craft and I leave every class invigorated and ready to take on the day. Exhale is the gift I give myself.

Not a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Based on my experience, email to find out about prices. Cause could not find anything on their website and was referred to check their Instagram or Facebook page. No help at all. I would think if somebody wants clientele or if they want their business to grow, they would be more than willing to help out.

Yes I was feeling tired and super sleepy before coming here but I'm glad I didn't cancel and that I showed up. I found them on Mindbody and I'm very happy for that.
They're located close to the Bashas and it's a very cozy studio that's kept very clean with two rooms. They have one room for heated yoga I think and then another that's smaller.
The restrooms have lockers and also working showers with is nice especially if you do a hot yoga class.
I ended up taking one of their restorative classes and it sounds super easy but it actually was worth every minute.
The instructor was amazing and she helped us lay out all the props for the class and she also guided are breathing which played a big part in me feeling a lot more relaxed. Gentle music was played in the background and teacher put on some aroma candles and adjusted light throughout class.
I felt I let go of so much tension during the class and I left feeling a lot lighter and with a smile on my face.
