Expansive Mesa at Newberry Station

Nice place. Haven’t yet been able to check it out much. Usually get there at 3p and leave by 5p, when they shut the lights off regardless of whether you’re still there. And, all I’ve seen of the place is Conference Room 101 where I meet with a Job Coach once a week. Also saw fancy coffeemaker in kitchen. Front and back entrances. Being in downtown Mesa, parking is sparse.

Love love love this location! Very spacious and inviting. Lindy has been super helpful and responsive in regards to all my questions and with getting me set up to use the space. Alongside the cleanliness of this location there are tons of great eats within walking distance. As a content creator I truly appreciate being able to rent out the soundproof rooms, giving me the peace of mind that quality content can be produced without interference. Lindy’s monthly community get-togethers also provide a great opportunity for us to network with everyone in the building. If you are looking for a safe and secure place to get work done then look no further, the Newberry location is the place for you and your business! Also love how you can unlock the doors via a digital QR code which makes it’s easy for your clients to get into the building when it’s time to meet. Can’t say enough about how much I appreciate this space!

I have booked two different meetings here and both have been phenomenal experiences! The space is clean, functional and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The conference room we booked had great tech and comfortables chairs which helps when you're sitting all day. We used the kitchen which was really helpful and convenient. We also hosted our company holiday luncheon here and used the kitchen space, booths and lounge area. Not only was it beautifully decorated, but it was clean and cozy. We will definitely be renting spaces here again soon. The pricing is very competitive, as I have priced out all local coworking/co-working spaces in the downtown area. This also has rooms large enough for 12-20, which most coworking can only accommodate board meetings with 8-10 people. I'm glad Expansive is now in the downtown Mesa area!

I LOVE Expansive!! High end Modern clean feel, with an atmosphere that’s welcoming and encouraging. I also really appreciate Lindy Frieze, the community manager. Her communication and administrative skills are incredible. Anything we need here at the office, she’s on top of it! I love having my office here!

Newberry Station was just right for our Desert Diamond Luncheon. Clean neat and nicly decorated. Staff was friendly and professional.

Great space for business owners, entrepreneurs, builders or anyone who wants to go to a place where they feel more inspired. Good place to work and get focused with helpful amenities like coffee, a kitchen, big shared space, offices, podcast rooms and more. Well maintained!
