F45 Training Marana

The atmosphere immediately when you step through the door is like you are family. Coaches set the tone with an inviting and warm smile. They greet you with your first name and never relinquish the opportunity to catch up with every one throughout the work out. I love that everything is set up, so that there in no wasted time. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and make safe adjustments if mobility is an issue. Thank you F45 Marana you truly are a blessing.

With gym life being overwhelming and intimidating, I was nervous to start at F45 Marana. But knew I needed help with my health. From signing up to becoming a daily customer, the staff and coaches have been amazing. The environment has by far been the most enjoyable. The coaches check in on you, encourage you, and push you. It's so easy to show up and have the "thinking" done for you. Everything is set up ready to go so all I have to do is jump into the class. I leave feeling mentally and physically great. I highly recommend this gym.

So many positive things to write about my experience here in just a short 2 months! I was so nervous to start working out here, but everyone has been so warm and welcoming. The energy and atmosphere are amazing, and you can tell each and every coach cares for you and wants the best for you. They’re always right there cheering you on; it truly is a team. Working out with everyone here is such a fun experience that I look forward to everyday!

F45 Marana is one like no other. The community, coaches, atmosphere, and love spread throughout that studio is unmatched. The moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve found a new home that comes with pure and genuine people surrounding you. That’s not even the best part…. Their workouts are some of the best I’ve ever tried. The convenience of being done in 45 minutes, having all equipment set up for you, and the workout well structured and ready for you to get it done. It fits perfect into so many busy lives and I’ll never stop recommending it. 100/10.

Great experience at F45 Marana. The whole training team is phenomenal. Led by Denise this morning, I felt she was attentive to my back issues and helped me modify workouts to prevent injury. Love the positive vibes and physical intensity the workouts offer. (Pete R)

Best studio hands down. Moved down from phx metro area a couple years back and tried a few studios in Tucson. I’ll tell you, I don’t mind a half hour drive to visit this one every day. Love to see how close everyone is, members and coaches all together. The best thing is how welcoming everyone is to new members. Feels like showing up to a social event while getting the best workout ever. S/O to Marina and Malissa for creating, maintaining, and GROWING this atmosphere.

It took me a lot to commit to a new gym and it's an investment but I'm super happy with F45 Marana! (I'm at 200+ classes) I did Crossfit previously and was used to a certain style of workouts and F45 is a great blend of a lot of different movements and you can push yourself as much as you want - the coaches definitely will! All the coaches are super welcoming and know their stuff - well worth it. Coaches Dante, Victoria, Tony, and Marina are my favorite!

F45 Marana makes my day a good day! I have been a member there since they opened more than three years ago. Not only do they offer amazing workouts where you feel your self getting stronger or quicker, but they give a sense of community or belonging no matter your fitness level. I have felt welcome since day one. They have amazing coaches that keep you from getting injured educating on form and modifications but also that will push you to be your best. I have made many friends there that feel like family and I enjoy going there everyday! Even though I should have a rest day here and there hahah! I always suggest this place to all family or friends that are looking for a positive change!
