Thank you FAA for your service last night. The driver was very professional, prompt and courteous, we gave him a sizable cash tip. The bus was eye catching on the outside and clean on the inside. There was plenty of space for our 36 guests to spread out and enjoy the ride, hopping from bar to bar on Halloween night. Our overall experience was great, meeting every expectation that I will use FAA again.

Our Driver Paul was wonderful. We hired a party limo bus for 3 days for the Stagecoach festival for our group of friends. We stayed at an RV park about 35 minutes from the venue and Paul was on time every day to pick us up. He ran us back-and-forth as many times as we wanted to go back to the RV park and was always friendly and helpful. Even stopped at a taco truck for us on one of the late night trips back!
The entire staff at FAA was very easy to deal with, communicated very well with us, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for transportation.

This is NOT the REAL SUPERIOR RIDE LIMO. I lost the contact number for my trusted Superior Ride Limo, so I searched online and clicked on a company called "Superior Limo." When I called and specifically asked if they were Superior Ride Limo, the person on the other end said yes. I provided my company information and got a quote, but something about the interaction felt off.

To confirm, I checked social media, found the real Superior Ride Limo, and called them directly. The owner was shocked when I explained what happened. Why not just be honest and say you're a different company? I’m always willing to try a new service, but not when deception is involved. This experience felt shady, so proceed with caution.

Based on my experience with FAA Transportation as the bus provider for my wedding, I would never recommend using them for an event you care about. Frans, the owner, was consistently challenging to work with, changing plans and nearly reneging on our contract two days before the wedding. When he finally agreed to provide the number of buses we initially agreed to, they departed our ceremony for the reception venue 45 minutes late and without making any meaningful effort to contact our coordinator. Frans agreed to a partial refund after the event, which he never sent.

Update: three months after the event, FAA Transportation charged my credit card for $10,000. It took six months of credit card disputes, getting my phone number blocked by the company, and a police report to finally get it resolved.

Literal FRAUD! Avoid! Used their black car service a couple months ago. Today they fraudulently charged the card I used.

My original (and only legitimate) black service was charged as Order OI5Y on 4/9 and ride taken on 4/9 from Yucca Valley to Palm Springs Airport. Happy to supply to invoices and text messages from pick up. Regarding the theft, there were 5 transactions on the same card as used for the original trip on 6/18 - which were recorded to vendor www.faatransportation (the same vendor as the original ride.) Finally, I called the FAA Transportion and spoke with Frank (Frans?) who said he would call me back after looking into it. He did not call back and now my calls go straight to voicemail (I suspect I’ve been blocked.) The credit card company is investigating the unauthorized charges and a police report has been filed.

Do not use FAA Transportation / Limo tours or other related companies unless you want to to be scammed. Have a look at the yelp reviews - I’m not the only person who had unauthorized charges recently!

FRAUD ALERT!!!! I used this company back in April 2024, fully paid for the services, and then 6/15 was charged $18,000 and $10,800!! Check yelp - this is happening to other people. My bank is investigating. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Update: Not sure why they responded feigning concern, they attempted to avoid all contact with me (phone calls, texts, emails) and finally responded once in text confusingly promising a refund that I did not receive. Do not work with this company they are continuing to fraudulently charge people, check Yelp!!

We have used FAA professionally and personally for over 4 years. They are always on time, very professional and safe. We use them to transport our employees and our children on a regular basis. I highly recommend Frank and his FAA team!
