A few months ago when our property went into pre-foreclosure, someone from the Fair Program stopped by our house and offered to help us with the Loan Modification process. We did not think much of the visit since many other people and organizations had also stopped by to offer the same programs. There was one difference in the way the Fair Program representative expressed himself that made them stand out in our minds, something honest about him. Many months later, after trying out various other services and programs and solutions, and basically waiting for a miracle, we finally decided to call the Fair Program. We met with Jeremy and he walked us through the entire process. I have to say we were a bit skeptical at first just because we had dealt with so many other people that had just wasted our time. Jeremy was up front about what services and assistance they were going to provide and what the outcome might be. The partnership that the Fair Program has with the investment and real estate groups gave us pause but he assured us that the final decisions would be ours and that there was really nothing that could be done without our signatures. Basically, if our bank did not approve our Loan Modification, we would allow the Fair Program's partners to represent us in the sale of our home, that was it. We never got that far because our bank approved the modification with the help of Jeremy and his team of experts. The Fair Program helped me with saving my home. I was eight months behind on my mortgage. I was contacted by Brandon H. and he explained to me that the Fair Program could help me free of charge. I was skeptical at first because I didn't believe that this company would help me to save my home for free. I did some research on the company and found that it was all TRUE. I made an appointment with Brandon. He educated me on loan modifications the process and how they work. He walked me through filling out my paperwork correctly and submitted the package to the bank for me.
Once submitted the bank was giving me a hard time regarding the requirement for a complete package. I was able to get help from Brandon to figure out exactly what was needed when the bank wasn't communicating what was needed. Brandon was able to get the bank to send me the form I needed by email on the spot. Once all documents was received it took about 3 weeks for the approval from the bank.Through the process Brandon was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. In addition, I also worked with Art M. and Adam B., they were also helpful through the process. I urge anyone who needs help or knows anyone who needs help, this is the company to go with.

We worked with the Fair Program to modify our loan. We were contacted by the Fair Program for cost free assistance. We reluctantly met with them as we needed help but were skeptical. They never once made us feel that they wanted to do anything for us other than help. Others we spoke with seemed more set on the sale of our home. We ended up being denied the modification but were able to reinstate our loan and we are doing ok now. FAIR Program is very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. I had no bad experience with any of the people here. Everything was free, I did not have to pay a cent. Someone came to my door and was very helpful in getting me in here, it made me feel very relaxed to come in and start the process. Sandy was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, made me comfortable and calmed my fears. It was a lot easier to work with them than to try do it over the phone with the loan company I was with. Words can not express the gratitude I have for the FAIR Program's team!
