This is a beautiful community. Lush nature and giant trees. Wide roads. Beautiful stable and wood chip covered walking paths. Waterfall, lake, pump house. Lots of relaxing nature among the houses.

My wife and I have lived in Fairbanks Ranch for over twenty years.
It is a wonderful community of wide open streets, hiking and riding trails, fishing and boating and a strong sense of community. Often listed as one of the best places in the world to live. Truly outstanding!!!

We have lived here since 2007 and could not be happier! The amenities - riding stables, trails, concerts by the lake, and now pickleball courts are fantastic. In addition, the security team is great and keeps our neighborhood very safe.

Fairbanks Ranch is a beautiful, peaceful community with wide tree-lined streets. The annual social activities like the winter snow hill (cancelled for the pandemic) and Halloween golf cart parade are iconic Fairbanks traditions. Concerts By The Lake are a new addition that all ages enjoyed this summer. Large homes on large lots allow you to enjoy your privacy. Tennis, Pickleball, an equestrian center and walking trails cater to the active. It’s super convenient to the beach and East county - plus you are only 10-15 minutes away from three major highways. Fairbanks is a hidden jewel in Rancho Santa Fe.

A really beautiful, quite, and safe place to live. Free quality tennis and pickle ball courts, miles of wooded trails, wide streets, custom, well manicured homes. All protected by armed Security. Awesome!

Glad to see someone is finally making improvements around here, but they should really focus on INFORMING THEIR OWNERS/TENANTS of NEW regulations being put into place so that the MANAGER don't have to come and be rude to us. The last 2 companies everyone thought they were going "OVERBOARD" when really they're just ready to argue instead of explain that there are new regulations. Some people have lived here longer than they have worked here and may be a little thrown off. The approach is terrible.
