This hotel is a dive. I am a Marriott gold member and typically stay at Fairfield Inn so this horrible hotel was a disappointment. The rooms are dirty, musty and tiny. We asked to change rooms and the room just as dirty and disgusting. Broken windows etc. we arrived at 5:10pm and the FRONT door was locked and we had to wait for them to buzz us in. Not 9pm but at 5pm so maybe the neighborhood is dangerous. At check out, we had to wait while the only staff person worked for extended time with someone planning an event. Big fan of Fairfield Inn but this place clearly has significant management issues.

It's the 4th of the month. Res isn't even until the 9th but if I cancel they will still charge. Maybe I'll update if we still stay just because we get charged anyway but this leaves an incredibly sour taste in my mouth for Fairfield. Next time I'll just choose Hilton.

We basically stayed here for the location based on a marathon the next morning. Since we checked in on a Saturday, the construction was not a problem for us. We were greeted by a very nice employee in the lobby - Martin. He was very accommodating and helpful. Have nothing bad to say about the property. Fulfilled our needs 🙂

A real mixed bag. This is an older building with only 9 hotel rooms per floor, but a lot of floors. Rooms are city size, smaller than you'd expect for this chain but not too bad. Room condition ran a full range depending on the item. Bathroom and plumbing was excellent. Main area was fine, 4/5. My room was not well cleaned and was very dirty in several different ways and locations, like housekeeping just didn't care and hadn't for a while.

Front desk service was excellent, solid 5/5, and lobby has some nice amenities.

This is right downtown in the Milwaukee business district, but not the nicest part, and by entertainment venues. Significant homeless population and a lot of parking in between buildings. The hotel itself has no parking and none of the nearby options are great, although the ramp across the street at the north end of the same block wasn't bad.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel but what made my experience top notch was a gentleman named Carlos. Carlos went above and beyond to provide me with everything I needed for my stay to be absolutely wonderful. I think Carlos deserves to be recognized for the amazing service he provided. Fairfield Inn is fortunate to have someone like Carlos on their team!! Thank you Carlos and the rest of the team for making my stay memorable

The hotel was nice. Parking is right across the street and easy to use. The staff were all very friendly, breakfast was really nice with a lot of options. The rooms were not dark enough for me—-but that’s not their fault. The shower didn’t drain the greatest but the soaps smelled amazing.

A well located hotel in downtown Milwaukee. I was upgraded to a larger room, which is always appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was right outside the building remodeling and had both windows closed, making it incredibly dark. I understand that is not the hotel’s fault, but it was simply an unlucky room assignment. Morning breakfast was simple but satisfying.

Great value, easy accessible location - I was in town for a conference and this was one of the hotels offered. Despite a full blown renovation going on, which will be awesome when finished, this hotel rocks it! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff and friendly housekeeping team members. Wonderful restaurant offerings nearby all within walking distance!
