Traci cancelled my appt for dock diving twice in a row, both the day of due to a headache each time. I tried to reschedule again, but didn’t get a response. Seems very flaky.

So disappointing, dealing with the death of one of my dogs, I was anxiously awaiting our appointment only for it to be cancelled a few hours before the scheduled time. Traci ignored further inquiries and didn't reschedule. I'm so glad I didn't pay in advance after looking at other reviews here...

Signed up for the puppy class and three of four classes she was a no show. I drove 20 miles round trip to wait for nothing. I am very disappointed as the reviews were great. Very unprofessional in my opinion and still not sure I’ll get a refund 😡 and never did, no contact at all 🐶

My wife and I had a scheduled private session to start obedience training for our puppy. We arrived for our session and waited just to have the owner to no show without any call. Tried calling her several times with no answer.

December 19, 2017 - Issue has been resolved amicably.

My wife & I paid $125.00 for a 7 week class. Traci Laursen cancelled all classes except for three. We have been trying to get a refund but she has ignored a certified letter we sent to her, along with several letters from the Better Business Bureau. We will continue pressing for our refund.

Fast Action Dogs is fantastic! The facility is very nice, the class sizes are great and Traci is very positive and wonderful with the dogs and their people. My dogs and I enjoy obedience, scent work and conformation classes. There are many other classes offered and I have no doubt that they are terrific too. Whether you train for competition or just for fun, Fast Action Dogs is a great place to spend time with your dog!

Buddy, my 162 pound boerboel, and I just met with Traci for our first private lesson. Not only was she was REALLY flexible with scheduling, it is obvious she is so knowledgeable about dogs. Buddy doesn't like many people but he loved her! She has great ideas to try to calm my skittish pal and work with him to mind. Even if you're in the surrounding areas, Albuquerque or Moriarty or wherever, Buddy gave her 2 thumbs up and you will too!! 🐅🐅

I have only been to one private class and was so impressed I'm not only doing puppy class but also signed up for doggie "day camp". My 4 month old German Shepherd loved Traci and Tashauna and I can't wait to take her back.
