My son just started training with Carrie and it's been AWESOME! He has been training in martial arts but we were wanting some cross training in gymnastics/tumbling. If you want to take it to the next level ...this is the place! In an industry predominantly with female members, it was at first daunting for my son to step on the mat and train but it soon was forgotten as he got to focus on the skill and technique involved with tumbling with Carrie. We can't wait for NinjaZone and for more boys to join us!

I started at Flip & Twist when I was 12 years old until I was 18 and graduated. When I first came to the gym, I had a very bad mental block. Coach Carrie helped me every week with my back tuck until it was absolute perfection and I felt confident in the skill. She was so patience and reassuring. Carrie is an amazing and caring coach! I 10/10 recommend going to this gym.

My son loves running around the gym! The staff is warm and friendly and show that they really do care about each child that walks through the door. It is kept much cleaner than 99% of most gyms and not only is it FUN, but they make sure to teach QUALITY!

Love Carrie and the staff at Flip & Twist!!! My oldest daughter perfected her tumbling here a few years ago and now my 8 year old is loving her tumbling class as well. Great gym, I highly recommend F&T!!!

It was my daughter's first day i was told to wait till they call the class we sat for 45 minutes until we realized they never called it we're new so how are we supposed to know what to do. The girl at the front seemed a little clueless as well. Take your kids to Tumble Time 5 star place
