Wonderful teacher and the studio is a little haven. Great variety of classes, and Merri gives individual attention to each student to ensure they are doing the poses properly, and breathing correctly. Fortunate to have the benefits of yoga so convenient to our retirement community, especially a studio and instructor that is like no other I’ve experienced!

Had a great experience at this studio! I was visiting family in The Villages from Toronto and was so thrilled to find a hot yoga studio close by. Merri is a wonderful teacher who is obviously very knowledgable, experienced and dedicated to her teachings. She caters to the varying ages and levels of her students. As a an avid practitioner who has practiced at many studios on my travels - I can attest to Flip Your Dog being a studio well worth visiting/attending regularly. I have found the absolute BEST of the best here at Flip Your Dog yoga. Merri is such an incredible instructor and I have learned so much in six months even though I’ve had an off on again yoga practice for years. I am so extremely grateful for her guidance and inspiration and her dedication to such a solid yoga practice. She is straightforward and encouraging, coupled with positivity and good energy. Her attention to detail in the poses as well as working with the individual’s needs and/or limitations is extraordinary. She is a wonderful teacher and you will be in the best class no matter which one you choose. I cannot praise her and this studio enough, but I am beyond grateful that I have found such a place. Her faithful clients are a true testament to what she has to offer.

Came to visit family in The Villages and needed a yoga class to go to while we're down here. LOVE the hot vinyasa class with Mary. And can't forget Loki(the dog) 💓😁🐶 The class is offered at multiple times on multiple days. Not super crowded on the days we've gone. And Loki collects the lavender scented cool rag that Mary hands out at the end of class. Mary gives you helpful instruction if you're looking to progress with your yoga and also gives you alternative postures if you're struggling with a body part that won't cooperate. (Bad knees, back injury).
Really enjoyed the class... And then we went directly to the shop downstairs and grabbed a protein shake. Yum. 😋😋😋
