I came across to the nastiest, most unprofessional and rudest student counselor Terry Banks. She never retrieved the transcripts she requested and the day the link was going to expire I called her twice with no answer. At the end if the day Terry Banks calked me back yelling at me and telling I am annoying. She is obviously not on a recorded line,so I hang up on her and she kept calling me back. I answered once more and she started to yell at me again !!! I am speechless and shocked, I can't believe how rude and unprofessional that lady is, and she kept harassing me until I blocked the number. Stay away from this trashy ghetto I scam place!

Beautiful campus, easy to register for classes and it's rather affordable. Great to obtain an AA/AS and transfer with ease to another state school.

Every time I’ve gone to try and get help enrolling or have questions, nobody is ever in office and nobody answers the phone. Matter of fact I continue to struggle with contacting anyone. I get hung up on/ ignored. So I will be finding a different college that cares about what students come in and want an education.

Every bathroom at this campus is disgusting. Dead bugs all on the sink, unflushed toilets from days before, substances on the floors. I have to drive home in between classes just to use the restroom! Please fix this!!!

Great College to go to if you're still deciding what you want to do. Get your AA and transfer to another college, very affordable, professors have always been great. Plus, they have many programs you can apply into, dental hygiene, nursing, etc.

Waiting wasn't bad at all. Administration staff were imformative, polite, and professional. Very impressed. Will look forward to this semester at FSW! Go Bucs!
