James Smith was on his game! Had knowledge about the vehicles we were looking at, had patience when we were making decisions, showed us all our options and got us in the best vehicle for us. Marco was also great. Even though we came in pre-approved, he was able to crunch the numbers to get us the best financing for the truck. I washed my vehicle prior to dropping it off for service. Service was oil change and recall update. When I picked up my jeep, it had mud all on the side of the jeep , wheel wells, and on tires. The wheels were recently upgraded. Unacceptable.

Our experience was wonderful. We called Moe Aladdin first to let him know we were going to come by and wanted to look at a ram rebel. He introduced us to David Cooley, who was the sales consultant. As we walked around the lot I found several vehicles that I was interested in until I walked into the showroom to see the brand new RAM RHO. Next thing, I know these guys worked out a fabulous deal and we were buying a big beautiful new truck. Everyone was wonderful at the dealership even Mr. Bloom the general manager came over and introduced himself to us, and the finance manager was very helpful. Fantastic experience as it should be when you buy a vehicle.
