Folsom Lake Toyota Collision Center is truly 1st class in my opinion.
The communication was on point. I never had to wonder what was going on. Stanley, my service guy, kept me informed constantly via phone, text, or by voice mail. I never once had to ask what was going on.
The time frame to get me in and get the job done was as stated. They respected my time and I appreciate that. Everyone's time is valuable.
They went above and beyond. The interior of my '22 4Runner ORP was attacked by a bear. It looks brand new again. Thank you to all that worked on my vehicle! You guys/gals did amazing work.
I highly recommend this shop for work on your Toyotas if you have the misfortune of any damage. They will take care of you!
To add: I was given the run around by another local shop for 2 months before I finally switched to Toyota. So glad I did!

Want to give shout to noah serda at folsom lake toyota. Noah was very patient sales man and he listened and worked on what i was looking for and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. I truely appreciate noah for taking me serious and not ghosting me like previous sales person did to me at that dealer and i do understand i gave noah crazy numbers to work with but he made it happen. I will say this it was definitely worth the 140 miles drive! Thank you again noah i am truly happy with my purchase

I would recommend Folsom Lake Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I recently traded in my vehicle for another but I was contemplating it for a few months. So we went to just look at different models to replace our mighty Prius! I can be a total ass to a salesperson, so we tried to sneak and look. But we couldn't avoid Marcus! He was unafraid. He said his dad was the same. Anyway, Marcus was super helpful and friendly, so we stuck around. He showed us the difference between all our choices. We decided the Rav4 XSE Hybrid AWD was the best choice for our dogs and outdoor style. Mitch and Adam were also very friendly and helpful in explaining and sealing the deal! Also the new expanded and modernized service center was a plus!
