We went to HitchRV. to look at the camper’s. After we had went to other camper dealers. Our mail lady Robin had told us about HitchRV that’s where she has bought her camper’s. When we got there we were welcomed like if they had known us for years. That meant a lot to us, you feel that warmth feeling. Our sale’s man was Mr. Ken Tuohey, he greeted us with smiles and was very polite, kind and I can keep on saying nice word to say how great of a person he is. I will let you experience it for yourself. He showed us the camper’s, that day was a very HOT 🥵 day and we seen lots of camper’s. Mr. Ken was so patient the whole time he was with a smile 😊. We asked him like thousand’s of questions, because this was our first camper ever so we knew nothing about them. We seen one we liked and we came back a couple of times to look at it. The day we were going to do the paperwork we wanted to look at more camper’s we were undecided. I know I drove Mr. Ken crazy with all the questions of solar panels and batteries and how everything would work in the camper. But with all of that he was very pleasant about everything. I think he is having solar panel nightmares 😂🤣. So we finally decided on a camper. We went back a couple more times to look at it, and ask questions about it, Mr. Ken got Ben to answer all the questions we had, we wanted to to see the camper on and Ben did that for us. Ben is very knowledgeable about the camper. He was very polite also.
Then Mrs. Christa called us to let us know that the day we were coming in to pick up the camper it was going to be very HOT, 🥵 so she wanted to let us know we could come in earlier if we wanted too. She is looking out for her customers and her employees. That is very kind, caring and thoughtful of her. So the day before we were going to pick it up we decided to play a prank on Mr. Ken. 😂🤣.. because I had drove him crazy we knew he would fall for it. 😂. We told him we wanted another camper and we wanted all the solar panels transferred to a new camper. BOY!!! you had to see his face it was priceless 😂🤣😂. The day that we came to pick up the camper Ryan is the young man that walked us through and explained everything to us. Ryan is also every knowledgeable on everything he was very patient with us, with all the questions we were asking him. Just like I had said we are new to the camper owner world. We know nothing about them, and the people from HitchRV were patient, caring, and understanding with us. Their prices are phenomenon, their price are cheaper than other places, we looked at. We are very pleased with them. If you have not ever had a
RV/camper and are looking for one or if you have had one and are looking for one I can say this, go here you will not be disappointed. You will leave with a smile on your face and a new camper. Experience the wonderful customer service that we did.

Bought a travel trailer here in Spring of 2022. Sales experience was OK, but service dept is horrible; slow service that's NEVER done properly. The list of flaws found in the first 30 days took over year to address, and many are still broken. In Fall of 2023, they replaced a torn awning and "fixed" a water problem under warranty, and we put it directly into storage at their property. Seemed convenient, but was a huge mistake. Picked it up this month (Dec 2024) for a trip to Texas. Awning and awning lights don't work because when they replaced the awning fabric they burnt out the motor while slicing the awning lights wires. The city water is still leaking, partly because connections are cross-threaded, obvious at a glance. Hitch refused to fix these things that THEY BROKE, because now it's out of warranty and it's been over 90 days since they "fixed" it. It's costing us about $1,000 to fix the things that Hitch RV broke while doing warranty service. Run, don't walk, to any other repair shop.

Response to Hitch RV's reply:
I was told that these issues would NOT be fixed under expired mfr warranty, or their repair warranty. Why would you expect to hear from me again?! If I'm going to pay for repairs, I'll pay someone who might actually fix it without breaking something else. The 90 day repair warranty should start when the trailer is picked up, not when the repair is done.

Purchased a new Freedom Express in April 2024. The People at Hitch were very helpful and nice. They showed us multiple Trailers until we found what we were looking for. We took several trips over the summer with minor issues but nothing we couldn't overcome. Unfortunately the interior construction was subpar with several occurrences such as all the window valances actually fell off the walls, shower mizer valve leaked all over the bathroom floor, many insufficient fasteners that had to be replaced. There were many stripped out screws. Nothing that couldn't be attended to but just a inconvenience. All in all I'm on my 3rd Travel Trailer and these are common inconveniences just make sure when you go on a trip bring your tools.
The Trailer is nice, satisfying and meets our needs. I give the people at Hitch a A+ and the Trailer Manufacturer a B- for cheaping out on quality control.

We purchased our camper from hitch in August of 2021 brand new. After one season of camping in 2022 our slide out seals ripped apart on both sides of the slide. I was told that the one year warranty was up and that i would need to pay out of pocket to repair the seals. That’s fine as long as the service provided actually fixed the issue. Got the camper back from hitch after repairs. First off on the ticket it was stated that the new seals were lubricated. That wasn’t the case as they were dry as a bone. We only used the camper once this year (2023) and already the “new” seals are pulling out of the track. This is ridiculous. I will now be repairing them myself as i have “0” trust in the service department here. I know people who have had their campers 8 years and not a single gasket issue.

Once they have your money, THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS. Many reputable dealers out there...this is not one of them. The reviews speak for themselves!

My wife and I went here to purchase our first Rv travel trailer.
Mike Rutter was our salesman.
Mike addressed our needs being newbies and didnt try to upsell us.
He gave us so much-needed insight that I had no worries in making this purchase. The prep guys were awesome as well ,installed my camera and gave class how to hook up to truck, and off we went !!!!

Do not use Hitch RV!! We purchased our camper in May and have had nothing but issues since day one. The service department is horrible. Everything they touch is installed wrong and winds up costing money to fix. They sell you extended warranties that aren’t worth the paper they are printed on. The only way to get service is to leave it with them for weeks at a time. STAY AWAY FROM HITCH RV. if I could give negative stars I would. 1 star is too many.
