If I could rate this location 0 stars, I would. I felt very judged by the 3 girls working at the store. They were looking me up and down which made me really uncomfortable. I also thanked them for allowing me to try on the clothes and they completely ignored me and just stared at me.
Nobody should ever feel like this as a customer. I really wanted to purchase something from this store but didn’t feel comfortable trying any more clothes on after the initial experience. Super saddened by how these ladies treat other people especially as they are in the customer service business. Do better!!

My 6’ volleyball player daughter went to Free People in the Brea mall a few weeks ago. I had given her carte blanche to spend whatever she wanted. When she returned she said the young women working there were so judgy, she didn’t buy anything and said she would never go back. SHAME on those ladies!! Women need to uplift other young women . I’m sure your lack of sales represent your customer service or lack there of. Even worse the Store, District , and Regional leadership who allow this behavior to continue. Parents support your young women and shop where they are treated with respect. Not at this location !!

I’ve had the best experience multiple times here! From picking outfits a couple years ago with the help of their amazing manager (he’s really the best) to making returns and get things shipped to home. Thank you FP Brea!!!
