Bachman-Wilson House, 1954, Frank Lloyd Wright. Usonian architecture. Painstakingly taken apart and moved from Millstone River, NJ and reassembled at Crystal Bridges Museum. Amazing!!! ? A must visit.

If I can give more than 5- star I would. This is one of a rare masterpiece from Frank Lloyd wright. It used to locates in New Jersey and they moved to this town. The house is beautiful. You can get free tickets online via their website, and it will come with self guided tour and audio. You can also pay to get a tour guide with limited tickets. If you in to art or architectural, you will enjoy this place.

I'll be honest when I say that I'm glad tickets for this were free. It's literally a living room, tiny bedroom and kitchen in a very minimalistic decor. Not much to see and took us about 5 minutes.

So blown away and unexpected to find this here. We came to bentonville for the biking and we were blown away by the amount of art and culture.

Getting a tour of this house was certainly a memorable experience. So much though went into every detail. So much connection to outside , but also some quiet disconnect in the hallways and bedroom.

An incredible example of Wright’s Usonian architecture, it is a true privilege to be able to visit the house on your own. The provided free audioguide is very informative yet concise, and helps you understand and navigate the space even better.
However, the no-photo policy inside is, in my opinion, over-the-top and unnecessary, considering that there are only 12 people allowed inside the house at once anyways. That, combined with the fact that the top floor is not open to visitors (because of the weak staircase design, not necessarily the museum’s fault), makes for a somewhat disappointing experience that leaves you longing for a little more.
This is still my personal highlight at the Crystal Bridges Museum, but not being able to take photographs inside the house really left a bittersweet taste, especially after traveling all the way there just to visit it.

Interesting architecture right off the trail. It's easy to get to and the signs make it easy to find. If you're a Frank Lloyd Wright fan it's a great place to stop. There are tons of sculptures and things to interact with all around.

It’s an amazing place. However, you must reserve tickets in advance and you can’t touch anything; you can only stand. Additionally, no photographs are allowed of any kind. The audio recordings through the device they give you really help you to appreciate the architecture.

Gorgeous house! Love Frank Lloyd Wright's design sense, philosophy, & his choice of materials. Wish we could have seen the 2nd floor but it's closed to the public. This is a self-guided audio tour. You'll need a ticket (free) for a time slot.
