Very bad, a car parked and drove straight past, hitting my bedroom wall… in short: I had no support at all, I had to sleep in the living room of my apartment with my mattress on the floor with my 2-year-old daughter. There were several men coming in and out of my apartment all the time, I had no privacy at all. and what they offered me was an empty apartment, how am I going to move overnight with a baby? They didn't pay for the hotel, we didn't have any support. I asked to leave the apartment and they released me from the contract since I couldn't stay in the apartment because of this accident. I moved and it's been almost 2 months and to this day I haven't received the check with the refund of my deposit, the people who work in leasing say they will call me and they never do. This is a great humiliation. In short. terrible service. and zero support when you need it.

Moved in December '22 and so far so good. Kiara, Justin, Gerardo, and Austin have all been great. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and actually fixed not just patched. Community seems fairly quiet except for the few outliers.
The newly renovated apartments are great, the appliances have given us zero issues.
The location is perfect! Down the street from Mile square park and less than 15 minutes drive from SO many delicious restaurants.

If I could give these place zero stars, I would!
I moved in and out of this place within FOUR DAYS!!! It started off with the lack of communication with the employees that work in the office.
Before I moved in, I requested for my unit especially the carpets to be cleaned and I was told it would be done. When I moved in, I found myself being eaten ALIVE BY FLEAS. My entire unit was infested with fleas to the point where I would wake up to fleas attacking my body and I was able to collect them in a bag and bring the bag of fleas to the leasing office, as they were not answering any of my emails. I was then told that the pest control could come in a week later but I demanded that they handle the issue ASAP. I was then told by the property manager “MAYBE we can get them [pest control] to come in today”? I ended up going to urgent care, called off work, was started on antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications, had to do wound care on my entire body, and didn’t have a place to safely sleep. The property manager and the employees were unhelpful and this place needs to be shut down. The apartments are overpriced and the leasing office is horrible with communication. This was such a traumatic experience for me and my housemate. I’m so glad we left!!

I lived at the Galleria for 2 years and loved it. The only reason I moved was because I needed a 3 bedroom. By far Justin is a phenomenal property manager. He “owns” his job and honestly wants every resident to have a great experience! Justin is on top of whatever he can do to ensure a safe, fun and friendly place to live. Austin and Gerardo are very responsive to any maintenance request. They as well as Justin make sure that a residents living experience is top notch.
Also the grounds are always landscaped not only beautifully but very well maintained. Walking to my apartment after work felt like walking through my little piece of paradise.🌴

Update as of 6\3\23: i wrote a updated review on yelp and here, I just wanted to say for those reading on google, to keep this short. we still have the same problems with the same downstairs neighbors and most likely causing a lot of problems to other nearby neighbors too, and not much has been resolved here.

(old review)
I wrote a review about this on yelp and I just want to post videos here since it wouldn't upload videos there so I'll post it right here. but if you reading this here, all I say is simply neighbors are not respectful here.

Do not move here! This place is way overpriced for the size of the apartments and for the location. There's really nothing by here and you can find places with way better shopping for the same price. The amenities like the gym are laughable and the pool is just ok. They will try and raise your rent a full 10% every single year aka ($300 or more) which is so insane. The new management never answers the phone and the women has an attitude. The original managers were way nicer and easier to get a hold of. When I moved out after 2 years they tried charging me $2000 dollars in damages which is just insane. I kept my apartment very clean and I had a commercial carpet cleaner that I used monthly to keep the carpet clean. I did have to leave in a rush so I left some stuff behind but $2000 in damages is so outrageous and I never received any photos of what was apparently damaged. I had to get a lawyer to fight the charges. There are homeless people everywhere and at night they're in the trash areas digging. For what they charge and how badly they screw you once you're in, you can find much better places to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Shout out to Justin and rest of The Galleria team! My air conditioning stopped working in this heat and my baby was trying to take a nap but struggling. The maintenance team came out right away and fixed it quickly and quietly. My baby never new something was wrong. The office was so nice and understanding of the situation.
