I don't recommend buying the Warranty on anything at GameStop. I paid for a Warranty on a "NEW" PS4 controller I purchased. The controller had a stick drift. So when I took it in to claim the Warranty. I was given a Pre Owned controller? And was told that it is policy. Why would anyone in their right mind want a Pre-Owned controller? This is BS. GameStop is going downhill. That's the last time I buy anything there. Save your money and time. DO NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT STEALS FROM THE CUSTOMERS.

Pre-ordered a game, had to wait a week and a half past the release date to get it, and it didn't even come with the pre-order bonuses.
Guess it wouldn't have mattered as much if not for the fact that they didn't even call me to tell me my order had arrived at the store (even though they assured me multiple times that it would), and that they also immediately tried selling the copy of my game that I had already paid full price for over a week in advance.

Whoever runs this store is a goof, and judging by some other reviews it seems it's always been that way.

Don't blame the day to day workers behind the counter for management's mess ups. They're as good as any other retail worker. Very kind.

Not a bad game selection, but wish they would have more collectibles and merchandise. Also, trading cards there are very expensive for retail compared to my LCS.

Cool store. They only offered me $18 cash for PS4 that I wanted to unload. Disappointed with that, but the service was great and he was very knowledgeable.

Great store. They have come through with hard to find games and systems on multiple occasions. Not usually very busy and everyone I have interacted with has been great!

Honestly I don't know how GameStop is still in business. One of the biggest games of the year out and they say they are only selling preorder copies tomorrow. Guess I will go across the street to Target and buy FF7 from there. This is not the first time GameStop has lost out on sales due to elitist attitude towards preorder sales only.

As typical an experience as they come. The service was good but it moved very slow. The new process in which trades are handled is limited to one person. As I waited in line it soon became my turn to exchange goods for services and I was told I needed to slide over because all trades are handled at the adjacent register. I then had to wait even longer. Encounters like this is why I've gone completely digital. The value of. Hard copies has gone down in an extreme manner. Why but the hard copy? Answer... you don't.

I only shop here for the Pokemon TCG and video games. I enjoyed seeing Mia when I'd come in. I don't believe she works here anymore. The gentleman that works here has given me incorrect info at least twice already. I think I'm done shopping at this location.
