This place is horrible. They start out for three month warranty Sell your car that rents fine for the first two days then starts having random problems and when you want to take it to get repairs that are on the warranty they make you drive all the way to our main facility which for me is Hour away And they have a list that is a three month wait for a rental car For when you get those repairs done and for what my car problem was the main problem was overheating for when I come to a stop and I’m in idle and I know a little bit about cars so my first thing was that it’s a radiator fan and I took it here to get it looked at they said all they had to do is flush the system and refill it And I bet you once I pick up this car is gonna probably have the same problem and I also told them That it has a problem of Changing into gear too early when it comes to stopping And they said they didn’t find anything wrong with it like if If your mechanic can’t fill, what’s wrong with the car that a person that’s not even a mechanic can feel He should be fired So I highly suggest if you get any work done by this company, actually don’t ever come to this company I don’t care how bad you need a car This company is horrible, and everybody else would agree with me The only reason they have good five star ratings is because they will try their absolute hardest to Get you to get them a five star rating the same day you get your car I didn’t have my keys to my car yet, and the lady was begging me to give them a five star rating And if you already have bought a car from here, double and triple checked their work from a second party Because these people most likely will give you something used or the same Part that you replaced With something added on to make a run for a little bit

Worst dealer ever. It's a pyramid scheme. Sold me a 2018 Maxima for 35k with major damage the transmission brake, suspension,power steering all bad and on top of that did not honor the contract terms and warranty so I'm left with 35k in debt no car and a repossession in my credit. The company Tricolor holding and Ganas auto claimed a whooping 4 millions in ripoffs.

7 people waiting for their cars to be inspected and they burly purchased the car less than a month! SMH I came yesterday for electrical problem and they told me that I had to leave the car for two weeks. And I really don't recommend this dealership to anyone else!

Do not buy from this dealership. They supposedly replaced the engine of our Kia Optima, and it still has issues. They charged us an extra $5,000 for this, and the vehicle still has the same issue. We left the vehicle in October 2024 and picked it up today; the vehicle still had the same issue. They are fraudulent and untrustworthy. We regret buying a vehicle from them and will pursue legal help.

Got a car from here already in the shop not even 2 weeks in . I really really recommend ppl not buy from here . Plz don’t plz plz plz do not if you want a car fast just wait it would be so much more worth it . These people do not care at all . They sell lemon cars if you plan on buying from here have an attorney on stand by like me !!!
