Amazing experience at Gettel Toyota today. From the top down, they worked with me and negotiated a solid deal on a ‘25 Tundra. Mr. Bryce Salazar, the young salesman, worked meticulously with me throughout. With the management, he obtained an unheard of and unexpected sale price. Not only that, he accommodated and accounted for me exceptionally well. Never would’ve expected the exceptional service from a 19-year old, but never to shop elsewhere. Great management, a fine staff, and out-of-the world employees. Namely Bryce Salazar. Thank you.

We had an amazing experience at Gettel Toyota. Austin did a fantastic job getting us the vehicle we wanted and allowed us to trade in our lease early without penalty. We were highly impressed with his friendliness and generosity. (Which was far better than the treatment we received next door at Chevrolet). I probably won't be able to but I would like to give this place the best review they have ever received.
The reason is that I received an incredible level of service. I have never encountered anything like this and probably never will. I don't know why but in my opinion I didn't deserve it. I thought this only happened in the movies.
In the end, they made me an offer that even a crazy person couldn't refuse. Now I drive the best car I have ever had. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of all the employees who had to work with me, but I want to thank them all.
Especially Brian, Rhiannon, Manny, Austin, thank you so much for such a wonderful New Year's gift.
If karma really works then I wish you as soon as possible to receive something as incredible as I received from you. But according to the law of karma, you should receive even more, which I wish for you even more.

Bought a new Tacoma and within my 1st 50 miles, the center cap flew off of the passenger side rear wheel. I tried to call more than 5 times and spoke to 4 different employees to ask to get a replacement. I was told it’s not covered under warranty and now I have a hole in my wheel on my brand new truck. If they need the $56 instead of replacing it which probably costs them $25, then I made a BAD decision buying at this Dealer. I had a better deal made over the phone at the Fort Myers Dealership and I would suggest buying with them. I called the sales person and only 3 days later, he is working at a Kia Dealership so it sounds like high turnover and inexperienced management.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! 2 days ago I went to this dealership and set an appointment to test drive & buy a car that I had been looking for. It is a limited edition car that I was extremely excited about. Today, I left my job early for this appointment (took a lot of begging to my bosses to let me leave) than I drove over a hour up to the dealership just for them to tell me that car is no longer available. I work 80hrs/week so I don’t have a lot of free time to begin with & I let them know that 2 days ago. It’s crazy to think that I had made an appointment to buy a $43,000 car, begged my job to let me leave early, wasted my gas (time & money too) to drive all the way up there, just for them to tell me the car is sold. They couldn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know ahead of time that the car is no longer available. They didn’t even say something like “that car is gone but let’s try to find you another one.” Nothing. They simply just don’t care about their customers or their time. The salesman (Michael G) and his manager who’s name I can’t remember (short, African-American male) couldn’t care less about their potential customers. The cherry on top of this all is: my family has purchased SEVERAL cars from this dealership in the past, and never had a problem with anyone or anything here. Not sure what has changed here recently, but I would strongly advise the dealership to go back to their old ways, & hire new/better employees. I would also strongly advise you not to purchase a car here or attempt to purchase a car here. They wasted my time and will waste yours too. Right after this happened, I walked into to a different dealership (without an appointment) test drove a different car that was on my radar, and ended up purchasing it…from an ex salesman of Gettle Toyota. An employee who actually values their customers time and money.

Worst experience I have ever had. Be careful what you do and say because seems like store manager, finance managers all lie to get you to come in and get a vehicle on the books just to take it away. I called multiple location being 1000000% transperiant about my sistuation. I Explained very clearly I have low credit, no money down and just want to know if we can make a deal. Simple and to the point. But no, after talking back and forth with Cedric in Sales, Brandon Lortz in finance, the store manager, and many more I was finally told CONGRATULATIONS we got you approved on a 2025 Camry Se all you need to do is come and put $500 down. I was over the moon joyful. I went afterwork drove almost 50min just to get there was greated by Cedric and started to be guided down the sales process. After about 1.5 hours of being there and being told to move everything from one car to the other and switching insurance company over I go into the finance office with brandon who then tells me my payments are much higher than the menu they had me sign indicating we had came to an agreement. I told them no we agreed to these numbers and he apologized and said" it was the other finance manager that doesnt know how to read correctly". After "fixing" his mistake we proceed to go over numbers making sure we were on the same page. We finally were close in completely all paperwork when I asked Brandon, "the bank has no requirements they need from me?". Brandon looked and saw sure enough the bank was requiring proof of income, not a problem. Problem was that finance and store managers LIED To get an approval, they indicated I made much more than what I truly made. If camras are pulled up you will clearly see when I point out that was false information and I pull up on my phone infront of him and SHOW HIM what I truly make. He then says "bare with me a moment let me make a quick call". He proceeds to step out, talk to someone on the phone and when he steps back in he says "dont worry, my MANAGER said there are other applications and this one is wrong, no need to worry you are approved and dont need anything from you". We finally finish i give my downpayment and go home. 2 days late I recieve a call indicating that I do infact need to show paystubs and I now have till later the same day to return the car. Not even 30 min after agreeing to going in to see how a mistake like this was made even after I verified all the red flags, I recieve a text message from Cedric saying he is on his way to pick up the vehicle. When he arrives he states that he was told he needed to pick up the car "because I didnt answer". This dealership is a complete scam. Lie to banks then cant cover there ass when they cant lie to the bank anymore. Not only did they lie to me, take back the car I was "approved" for, they still felt the need to humiliated me at my place of work. I DO NOT recommend ANYONE TO COME. I WAS THREATED IN BRINGING IN LAW INFORCEMENT EVEN AFTER COMPLYING TO ALL REQUEST AND ANSWERING ALL CALLS. This location needs to be audited to truly look at their books to see how many other customers they have gotten "approved" by lying. This is unlawful, disgusting, heartbreaking and completely unacceptable

Michael Guarnieri is the Sales Associate that helped me and my family brought home that very nice and fresh Toyota Rav 4 last Mar 7, 2025! 💙💗✌🏼 He is superb speaking of customer service! He is efficient and very pro! From warm welcome at the dealership, to selecting the car that best matches mine and my family's needs, then patiently assisted to that extensive docs processing and securing approval, and even providing extras like detailing and extra fuel! 😀 he is that sales person that trully listens and understands customer's needs, not just pushing to sell and impatient to close the deal. He is very upfront to tell what and how and how much, why and why not, to manage our expectations which I like so much bec I can decide easily from there. You must go to him if you want to shop and can't decide what ride, or even if you have decided that vehicle in mind, worth it!!! 👏 👏 👏 Shout out too to Mr. Martin A. in Finance who helped in smooth payment processing and explaining easily these tedious dealership docs! ✌️ 😃 😍 💖
