Great place for artists and locals who love art to gather. They have a new exhibit up every month with local artists. They even host as a venue for local music there too!

Just discovered GFAA last month when they did an exhibit on Communication in conjunction with the Writers Alliance of Gainesville--and I now plan on visiting each month to see each new exhibit. The level of talent and creativity of our local artists is so inspiring! This is a very welcoming space.

Had so much fun and I was really glad to find them. I had seen flyers all over town. I went on an adventure and found this amazing place. I was not able to attend the last event. I know that there will be more events coming up. Looking forward to seeing what is going on with the next event. Amazing art talent on display and on sale.

A bit off the beaten path, this is a fun place to visit. I am a member the Gainesville Fine Arts Association and was surprised by this choice of venue, but the area is developing and it will not be long before 1314 S. Main St. is closer to other events and venues. On the day we visited (I brought an out of town guest) there was a show of the member artists and also some art from a previous workshop. The employee who was there was very helpful in telling about several pieces and about the choice of venue. His enthusiasm added a great deal to the experience. This is a small gallery, with lots of good parking. Worth a trip to see some fine, local art.

A great group of artist in the Gainesville area. So many of awesome quality representing many medium forms. Educational, informative, and closely affiliated artists that encourage and embrace all visual forms. Monthly exhibits at their new building 1314 S. Main St. Gainesville, FL check it out.
