I purchased the rainbow xylophone and playbook from Golden Acorn Music to use with the 4-6 year olds in my music classes. We just started with this but the children have been absolutely captivated thus far! I'm recommending to their teachers to purchase at least one set for their classrooms so the children can dedicate time to learning to read music at their own pace and on their level. And the resonating sound of the xylophone is high quality as well. I also love love love the YouTube classes that Matt Fernald and the Golden Acorn team have been putting out throughout the pandemic. Keep up the good work!

My 4 y/o loves the Golden Acorn full-body music sessions. She listens, sings, dances and laughs a lot during every episode. She got the xylophone and Golden Acorn playbook and I was amazed how fast she was able to play her first song, thanks to the playbook. The xylophone is high quality, the sound it really good. Definitely 5 stars!

You could tell the teachers love what they do and put a lot of heart into the making of those videos. As schools closed when covid started, my son was too young to have long attention span. Golden acorn videos were the few things what can keep him calm and focused during learning sessions as well as when he gets fussy. I like it especially because he can see real people from the videos. It’s almost the end of 2020, though school is resumed, my son is still enjoying it on a regular basis. Thank you, golden acorn teachers. We are a big fan <3

The teachers at Golden Acorn are gentle, enthusiastic, and thoughtful! Love them. Their color-coded xylophone (resonator bells) is well designed and the book is great, too. I would even buy another book if they offered one!
