Words cannot express how happy we were when working with Victor and Emily at Granite Expo! They were precise and helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. Victor helped me turn a dumpy fixer-upper into a beautiful cottage with his design brilliance. Emily coordinated the install and everything went quickly and smoothly because of her expertise. The price was very very reasonable and I could not be happier with how our project turned out. I'd give them 10 stars if I could and I highly Victor and Emily to anyone seeking a kitchen remodel.

Had a great experience buying there, but I was a little lost on what to do when we arrived. So we waited in the customer service line then they helped us. FYI their last pickup time is 4:30, it's not 5 when they close.

Ruthless customer service. If you do not speak Chinese then good luck - they look at weirded angle/ eyes if you not Chinese ethnicity.

that the sink is clearly defective. Their solution? We pay to uninstall the vanity, transport the whole unit back to them and then MAYBE they'll give us a replacement that we then pay again to transport and reinstall. But no guarantee.
Yes. Attractive pricing and units. But horrible customer service and they absolutely do not care about the customer. Never again.

It is what it is. Good prices. Good quality. Big selection. We bought our kitchen from GE and they were so helpful and patient in designing it to our specs. Been a repeat customer for flooring, hardware, accessories. I’m a fan. Check it out next time you’re doing stuff to your place.

There is an ancient sixth sect of Tai-Chi only practiced at Granite Expo. The master of the art can fabricate slabs with superior results only using 7" skilsaw blades instead of the 16" bridge saw blades used by amateurs. There is a vertical seam in the photo. See if you can find it!

I've been there and called, and it would be so convenient to buy from there, because they are close to me, but when I was there, the customer service people were hard to find or uninterested in helping me, and when I called, they were rude, and just tried to rush past my questions to give me a hard sell. I clearly had asked for something they didn't have, and they were asking for my order. Order what? They didn't have what I was looking for. If they had been knowledgeable and polite, at least I would have come away with a positive impression, but they weren't.
