Mandy Bell and Lisa Navarro teach THE best adult and kids dance classes. The choreography is inspired, yet somehow easy to pick up, as they are very super patient. We dance and laugh, and then laugh some more. The atmosphere is super welcoming and super fun! Come join this fabulous community. If dance is your thing, OR even if you think it's out of your comfort zone, doesn't matter, all skill levels and backgrounds are welcome and appreciated. You can dance in person or on Zoom for now. I've been dancing with Mandy and Lisa for over 15 years, and I honestly can't imagine my life without them. They are pure love and joy. Come dance with us so you can experience the joy too. 🙂

Groovitude dance is the best place on earth! We are so blessed to have Lisa & Mandy as our loving teachers: they are both the best! The music is fabulous, the choreographies are fun and give us an excellent workout, the community of dancers is comprised of the nicest people! Whether you are a lifelong dancer or have never set foot in a studio, you owe it to yourself to dance with Lisa and Mandy! Their choreography is fun and accessible, and their music selection is diverse and inspiring. I love how Lisa and Mandy remind us to use technique to keep ourselves safe (dance for life!) and also encourage us to explore the more expressive aspects of dance. If you want to move and laugh for an hour, come check out Groovitude, either via Zoom or in person. All covid protocols are followed, so class always feels safe. Hope to see you in class!

I love every single thing about Groovitude Dance! Lisa & Mandy are awesome & fun - amazing dance technique, choreography, energetic & caring teaching styles - it is a thriving dance community tucked away in Palo Alto. Even throughout this whole Covid crisis, Lisa & Mandy have been teaching online via zoom, outdoors, indoor classes w/ masks & 6 ft apart - they truly love what they do, and I truly love them back! Whether you're an experienced dancer, new to dance, or a return-to-dance after several decades away from it - Groovitude is a fantastic dance community that is a "hidden gem" in Palo Alto!

The 2 best things about Groovitude Dance are Lisa and Mandy! They are inspiring dancers, have a great attitude, and make dancing fun for everyone. It's a super healthy, accepting environment where dancers of all abilities can participate and grow. I always finish class invigorated and uplifted.

Groovitude Dance is about as good as it gets. Mandy and Lisa have created a warm, inviting, funky, and love-filled space (both in-person and virtual) in which all can feel challenged, honoured, and dance-fulfilled! Their classed are super fun, hilariously enjoyable and perfect for both a seasoned dancer and a newbie...which is not an easy trick! I couldn't recommend them any higher!

Dancing with Lisa and Mandy at Groovitude is pure joy, freedom of expression, laughter, and friendship. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and the dancers are of all different levels and ages. We have fun learning choreography from different styles of dance from hiphop, lyrical, jazz to tap. Come join us! Your body, heart and soul will be lifted!
