I had great service from the moment I called to reserve the room to breakfast the next day and throughout our 3 day stay. Enrique at the front desk was Exceptional! He truly went out of his way to make our stay Amazing!

Short stay, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Enrique was attentive and polite. Pleasant experience they have an area to watch football 10/10 for a hotel in the middle of nowhere

Our stay was very comfortable starting with the Perfect Bed for me and my wife.
Check in and out was so pleasant with a forever smiling front desk and the cleaning crew promptly reported something very important my wife accidentally left behind!
Breakfast is just right with too many choices to eat except for some reason the hot water was not available consistently, but since our room had microwave, Not an issue.
Most unique Gratis/Free Happy Hour( 5:30 to 7 pm) 3 wine or beer glasses with great finger foods Monday to Thursday.
Perfect location to go to a mall and just iff the freeway.
We are locals whose house got burned down! Insurance put us at The Hamptons!

Front dest personal Adelina was very friendly and very helpful she is one of the best person I have met also breakfast was great food was terrific and Liz Lopez was also very helpful and very nice and a very nice person to speak to .

Very decent hotel to stay. I went to El Centri for work and stayed two nights at this hotel. My room was clean and peaceful. Despite the exhausting heat outside, the rooms are nice and chill. I did not like their breakfast, and the lounge area was so hot that I wouldn't want to stay for more than 10 minutes. I tried their pool, it was clean but again super hot that I felt I couldn't breathe anymore. The staff are very professional and welcoming. The location is amazing, very close to the shopping center and restaurants. Check-in and check-out are super fast and it is a decent place to stay for a short period.

One of the better hotels in El Centro. The hotel is new and in a great location near many food options. It has clean and spacious rooms along with daily breakfast. Parking is also very easy.

Always friendly and informed staff. As a diamond member frequently stay with them. Thanks again for the wonderful stay. If you’re lucky enough to check in at night you will find Amanda waiting with a warm smile, Days Adelina along with manager Michelle who has trained a wonderful front desk.

Stayed here for business! Staff is incredibly friendly! Amanda, Kevin, Aci, Sam, and Michelle are all great! Really helpful! The food is labeled in the breakfast and tells you what to use if you have allergies! Super quiet and clean rooms! I feel Ike I could live here for a whole year! Also they have some military guys staying here and they make me feel protected! keep America free! Thanks for the service!
